Miscommunication/ misrepresention

I wanted to follow up regarding our stay at both units through Vrbo. Unfortunately, we experienced a few issues that were never resolved: The rooms were misrepresented as being next to each other, which caused some inconvenience.One unit listed as having 4 bedrooms was actually 3 bedrooms, with one being a small maid’s quarters—this should have been clarified.Housekeeping was unavailable, though we had expected it to be part of the stay. We had to sleep in the cold because a window wouldn’t close properly.One was new and renovated, the other had an old, musty smell and felt outdated. I wanted toanything we can work out.
