Retired resident of sunny Naples

This comfortable updated home is located in Imperial Wilderness, a friendly Senior(55 plus) community. Imperial Wilderness is located at the southern end of Naples and 11 miles from Marco Island.
Renters must be 55 years of age or older to rent but younger guests including children are welcome. The community offers a clubhouse which hosts a library, workout room and a large activity room. Numerous classes, clubs and entertainment are offered every week. There are two heated swimming pools and hot tubs as well as Pickle Ball courts, shuffleboard and horseshoe areas. Our home is an easy to care for 1 bedroom two bathroom property. It has a well equipped kitchen, Living- Dining area and a Living area that can serve as a guest bedroom with a bath. The front porch is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon Happy hour.

Great Stay Excellent host

Had a wonderful experience. Property and neighborhood are great . The front porch is the perfect place for morning coffee.Quiet area with beautiful pools and jacuzzi walking trail and plenty to do. Host was more than accommodating to our needs and had great communication. Highly recommend!
