Erato villa is a double-decked luxurious villa, NEW renovated in April 2023, all built with natural stones, wooden roof and floor decorated by our professional designer team. The whole facility can easily accommodate up to 7 people. The private entrance of the villa leads into a well-equipped, open plan kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, wash machine a coffee-machine and a toaster.
The sitting/dining room is perfect for entertaining or just lounging around, while the latest modern appliances mean you won't miss anything from home. It is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and fireplace and is equipped with a Sat / smart Flatscreen TV, and WIFI. On the ground floor there is also a small guest toilet and a storage room. More spacious beds and rooms are at the first floor ,a wooden stairs lead the way to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom contains an wooden double bed with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with mirror, TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC and a balcony with a direct view of the sea and the pool. Next to the master bedroom are other two other bedrooms with 2 single beds which can also be used as a double bed. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, Sat TV, a small chest of drawers with a mirror and a balcony with a direct view of the sea and the pool. Opposite the bedrooms you will find the shared bathroom with a double washtable & double shower and WC.
