Farmhouse built in 1898. Wooden extension added in 2010. Recently renovated, the house is modern and spacious. You will be charmed by its brightness and its layout. A living room of 70mÂČ and 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people.

Located in a dead calm, it is close to the village of shops and 1 km from the beaches. Enclosed garden, equipped for outdoor dining.

Trébeurden is a family resort. It has beaches in the South and the West, a marina and many seaside activities (swimming, fishing, sailing, beach club for children, hiking and biking, ...).

Une semaine Ă  Trebeurden

Le logement d'Isabelle est au calme et propose tout le confort souhaitĂ©. Nous Ă©tions Ă  deux familles et la salle Ă  manger spacieuse, le grand salon lumineux et cosy, l'espace jardin, nous ont permis de nous sentir Ă  l'aise et de respecter nos intimitĂ©s. De plus, la communication avec notre hĂŽte fĂ»t facile. Gros bĂ©mol, le wifi plus que capricieux, embĂȘtant pour ceux qui ont des devoirs de vacances.

So hatten wir uns das nicht vorgestellt

Am Samstagabend unserer Ankunft eröffnete uns die Vermieterin, dass das Haus seit letzter Woche von Flöhen befallen sei. Eine privat durchgefĂŒhrte Behandlung mit Insektiziden fĂŒhrte zu mĂ€ĂŸigem Erfolg. Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war unangenehm, da wir zahlreiche Flohbisse « kassierten ». Die Vermieterin hat einen professionellen KammerjĂ€ger fĂŒr Montag bestellt. Der sagte kurzfristig ab. Die Behandlung durch den KammerjĂ€ger fand dann am Mittwoch statt. Anschließend mussten wir zweimal tĂ€glich das ganze Haus staubsaugen, um die zahlreichen verendeten Flöhe und andere Insekten zu beseitigen. Wenigstens gab es danach weniger Flohbisse. Die Vermieterin hatte uns zwar « großzĂŒgig » die Stornierung unseres Aufenthalts angeboten. Das hĂ€tte fĂŒr uns jedoch bedeutet, unseren Jahresurlaub abzubrechen. Vor Ort war so kurzfristig keine andere Unterkunft fĂŒr 6 Personen zu finden. Und die Kosten fĂŒr die An- und Abreise hĂ€tte uns niemand ersetzt. Sie hat uns gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts dann einen Rabatt in Höhe von 25% angeboten und 800€ ĂŒberwiesen. Wir hatten fĂŒr den Aufenthalt etwas ĂŒber 4000€ bezahlt. 25% davon wĂ€ren abgerundet 1000€ gewesen. Selbst wenn wir den reinen Mietpreis zugrunde gelegt hĂ€tten, hĂ€tte sie uns rund 900€ erstatten mĂŒssen. Ich hatte ihr dazu noch eine Nachricht geschrieben - auf die sie einfach nicht mehr geantwortet hat. Ich finde dieses Verhalten nicht in Ordnung. Das Haus an sich ist gerĂ€umig und bot unserer großen Familie ausreichend Platz.

Un bon choix pour une escapade en Bretagne

La maison est trÚs grande, conforme à l'annonce, et le contact avec la propriétaire est bon. Bien située, plutÎt bien fonctionnelle, c'est un bon choix pour des vacances en Bretagne. Quelques regrets : le réseau internet est un peu faible (mais comme se sont les vacances, ce n'est pas trop grave) et il y a quelques toiles d'araignées, mais rien de grave.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans la maison d Isabelle. A 2 familles avec des ados l espace de la maison est idĂ©al, on ne se marche pas dessus le salon vĂ©randa est juste magnifique et permet de profiter un maximum mĂȘme quand la meteo n est pas au top. La situation dans le village est trĂšs bien, on peut aller Ă  la plage, au marchĂ© a pieds...et surtout ne ratez pas le coucher de soleil a la pointe de bihit...c est splendide ! Que dire de la rĂ©gion...la cote de granit rose c est magique ! ValĂ©rie et Isabelle sont accueillantes et prĂ©sentes par tĂ©lĂ©phone ou sur place si besoin Seul petit bĂ©mol, la propretĂ© des SDB n etaient pas au top...la douche de l etage n est pas de premiĂšre jeunesse et la porte a du mal a fermer. Mais je recommande cette location car tout le reste Ă©tait parfait. Maud

Magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette magnifique maison. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© parfaitement accueillis. La maison est trĂšs confortable. Mes enfants qui ont 10 et 6 ans ont apprĂ©ciĂ© jouer avec tous les jouets et jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© Ă  leur disposition, ainsi que le trampoline. Tous les commerces sont Ă  proximitĂ©, ce qui est trĂšs pratique. C’est apprĂ©ciable Ă©galement de disposer du lave vaisselle et de la machine Ă  laver. Nous avons passĂ© des soirĂ©es trĂšs sympas dans le salon Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du poĂȘle Ă  bois. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Grand, lumineux, trÚs bien pensé, parfaitement équipé... Tres bien aiguillé par Isabelle et aussi bien accueilli par Valerie... Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à 8... We did it, in first.

Nous avons passĂ©s une semaine Ă  deux couples et quatre enfants. L'accueil de Martine et Isabelle a Ă©tĂ© des plus chaleureux. La maison est propre, trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e (beaucoup d'espace pour nous huit) et dĂ©corĂ©e (beaux matĂ©riaux), calme, trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour commerce, plage, ... et surtout extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able Ă  vivre.
