Beautiful family house for rent in South Ardèche, France with pool 5 mx 11 m and garage. It consists of two apartments; The upper apartment has 2 large bedrooms each with a spacious bathroom and a kitchen and a large living and dining room with terrace with sweeping views of the valley; the lower apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The house is well equipped with a flat-screen TV and provides access to wireless internet. Pets are not allowed. It is located in a very quiet place on a plot of 4,000 m2. Quality construction, which can accommodate 10 people so comfortable (4 double beds + 1 bunk bed), is located 800 m from Lagorce, the nearest village, which has a bakery and two restaurants. The region enjoys a Mediterranean climate and several wine cellars name famous. In addition, the house is 4 km from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, a charming town, renowned for its cultural tourism and its prehistory (Chauvet Cave), which is also the starting point for the descent of the Gorge Ardeche by canoe. One can find here also several bars and restaurants, a supermarket and several shops of various kind. You will find our ideal home for a stay of rest, fun and sun!

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben das Haus mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen genutzt. Es war alles sehr gut organisiert und die Kommunikation und auch der Check-In und Out war sehr reibungslos. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen vom Ort und man hat das Gefühl von völliger Abgeschiedenheit, obwohl es noch andere Häuser in der Nachbarschaft gibt. Trotzdem ist es nicht weit zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr schönen Naturerlebnissen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut und der große Pool war ein schönes Highlight. In den unteren Zimmern konnte nachts das Geräusch der Pumpe oder Heizzung etwas stören. Jedoch hatten wir uns daran schnell gewöhnt. Für einen erhohlsamen Urlaub mit Ausflügen an die Ardéche ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Belle maison avec tout ce qu'il faut.

Une superbe maison avec une grande piscine, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine du haut un peu vieillotte mais à tous les équipements dont vous aurez besoin..un magnifique arbre parasol où nous avons passez bcq de temps pour prendre l'apéro ou tout simplement profitez de l'ombre...une maison à recommander pour ceux qui veulent découvrir l'Ardèche...le petit village de Lagorce est à 2 minutes en voiture et Vallon Pont d'Arc à même pas 10 mn...nous sommes allés manger au restaurant les Tilleuls (une très bonne carte à recommander)..En bref une semaine de vacances au calme mais avec les commodités en quelques minutes en voiture..une superbe maison...
