Cathy the owner of the property was AMAZING! I messaged her to let her know of 2 issues not because I wanted her to fix them but to make her aware. Cathy immediately came over and addressed both issues. I have never had this level of customer service before. She was kind and attentive. We'd definitely stay here agin. Thank you Cathy for an amazing stay!

I love how the owner is so attentive and every detail that could have been addressed at the home was done so, from the instructions that are listed in detail to the complimentary drinks and coffee. This will definitely be a location I would rent again and recommend to others.

Team Trip

Our team was participating in a competition at the local convention center. Eight adults stayed at the property and it was perfect for our needs. The patio was great given our group dynamics and we could watch the Rangers on the TV!

Port Arthur

The property manager was really great and very responsive. She even had complimentary water and pastries waiting upon our arrival. This is really close to the plants and has plenty of room. Check in and check out was easy. The place was very clean and was appropriately represented in the description.
