Located 400 meters from the Leroux Beach in the village of Ferry, a village in Deshaies known for its picturesque scenery and beautiful Botanical Garden, the villa Maeva dominates at 90 meters above sea level, the Caribbean Sea, facing the island of Montserrat. This dominant and airy situation offering an exceptional panoramic view.

From the terrace with pool, you will not get tired of admiring the beautiful and often glowing sunsets and maybe you will have the chance to see Jules Verne's legendary "Green Ray" ...

The location of the villa Maeva also makes it a very good starting point to discover all the riches of the island both sea side and land side.

Many beaches will be quickly accessible including Grande Anse one of the most beautiful beach in Guadeloupe. Directly reachable on foot, the beach of white sand Leroux calm and family, will make you enjoy a warm sea ideal for children.

In the evening you will relax on the terrace with a swim in the pool and enjoy a place where everything is done for you to spend a pleasant stay.

The villa has all modern comforts: air conditioning essential in the rooms, television with canal + caribbean, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, Senséo, traditional coffee maker, oven grill and microwave and especially American refrigerator offering ice cubes at will.

To facilitate your move, linen, towels and sheets are provided and set up for your arrival.

But the most magical remains the large terrace and its infinity pool which have also been used as filming location for the series "Murders in Paradise".

Panoramic Ocean View

It should be enough to say that I will return to stay at villa Maeva every opportunity I get. Each day I ate breakfast reveling in its panoramic ocean view from a sunny, tranquil setting nestled in lush greenery. Best of all, the design allowed me to open up virtually the entire villa to experience this vista. It was a paradise.

This property was the perfect place to call home during our stay in paradise. The views were amazing and the villa had all the amenities we could hope for. The host was attentive and accomodating throughout the time leadingnup to our stay and especially welcoming while we were in Guadeloupe. We couldn't have asked for a place that felt more like home! I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the island. It has all the qualities and extras to make a vacation relaxing and stress free!

Beautiful View

We loved the Villa Maeva - it was so relaxing and the private pool and breathtaking views were incredible. It was also very private and we love the location in close proximity to Deschais and the National Park. I would say that the bedding was a bit worn and could use a refresh and some of the kitchen equipment (pots/pans) could also be replaced. These are very minor in comparison to the beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere - we truly enjoyed it!

A nice property with a good location and beautiful view. But, NO Wifi. The contract received was misleading as the wifi mentioned is only connected to the tv. Internet is available, but only through our own data plan and so this was a significant added expense.

Belle petite villa bien aménagée et équipée..un peu en hauteur avec une vue sublime sur la mer.. la jolie plage de l’anse leroux est à 400 m (avec une bonne grimpette au retour 😅) Si il faut faire une critique un nouveau barbecue serait top! On reviendra avec plaisir!

10 jours , à répéter tous les jours ,mon Dieu que c'est beau .cette vue à couper le souffle, dans un endroit calme et idéale. la plage de Leroux , l 'épicerie, la boulangerie et un petit Lolo ou l'on y mange du poisson frais. juste en bas à 400m. Leider kein Internet / WLAN / WiFi ! Schade. Ansonsten modernes Haus, gut eingerichtet. Hervorragend : in Laufnähe zum Strand von Feri ! Die schönsten Strände von Guadeloupe zum Schnorcheln und Baden in der Nähe (insb. die von Feri und Petit Anse bei Feri ganz nah). Leider ist die Terrasse nicht windgechützt und der Pool sehr kalt gewesen Aber es ist auf jeden Fall ein geräumiges luftiges helles und gemütliches Ferienhaus

Schöne Villa mit top Terasse, Pool und sensationeller Aussicht

Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung, eine Woche vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Laurence (Agentur) sehr freundlich und mit super Reaktionszeiten. Der umfangreiche Mietvertrag ist bei Vermietungen via externem Vermieter Standard, darf somit nicht abschrecken. Der Empfang vor Ort durch Marie-José war sehr freundlich, sie hat uns trotz mehrstündiger Verspätung unseres Fluges auch kurz nach 22:00 Uhr Nachts noch geduldig empfangen. Merci! Die Villa Maeva liegt hoch über Ferry an einer Sackgasse. Die erhaltene Wegbeschreibung war sehr gut, Mietwagen ist nötig. Die Einrichtung allgemein ist zweckmässig, einfach und modern. Es finden sich sogar einige Spiele für Kinder oder Lektüren zur Nutzung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, z.B. freuten wir uns über den grossen Doppelkühl- Gefrierschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion, Stabmixer oder Salatschleuder. Hauptsächlich genossen wir aber in der Woche die grosse Terrasse mit sensationeller Aussicht, von Frühstück über Sonnenbäder mit Abkühlung im privaten infinity Pool, bis zum Abendessen nach Sonnenuntergang - einfach traumhaft! Unterbrochen wurde die Idylle tagsüber nur ab und an durch den Ruf der im Grundstück daneben beheimateten Hähne - das berühmte "Poulet roti" muss aber auch irgendwo aufwachsen ;) Der Strand "Le Roux" ist in einigen Gehminuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso die direkt an der Verbindungsstrasse liegende Bäckerei mit perfekten Baquettes oder den grössten Croissons, die es wohl auf Guadeloupe gibt! Und ja, es gibt tatsächlich kein WLAN, dies wäre sicher die einfachste und nützlichste Optimierung für ein Objekt dieser Preisklasse. Vielen Dank an Laurence und Marie-José für diese tolle Woche.
