Cozy Roof deck townhouse

We recently stayed at this lovely townhouse for a soccer tournament. It was a great place to stay at if you need a weekend getaway. It’s a few minutes outside the center of Nashville. Downtown Nashville can get really busy and ridiculous to navigate. It was nice to be only a few minutes away in a quiet area with a lot of local options. It was very clean and access was easy.

Living like a local in the Nations

Condo was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Was a 10 minute drive to downtown and other neighborhoods. We chose the Nations to be close to a Wedding event but would stay in this neighborhood again as was quiet yet a close drive to rest of Nashville fun!

Overall great experience! Loved the location.

Downstairs bathroom sink very slow to drain, not a huge issue though. Does need a little better stocked kitchen. Only one kitchen hand towel, no pot holders and no spatula to cook with. Trash situation is a little odd, there was no onsite disposal bin. Had to walk around the block or put trash in your car and drive around the block. House was wonderful, patio was amazing! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Quiet Property

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Two separate bedrooms, one upstairs one main floor which was nice. Both had bathrooms with showers. The property is in our quiet neighbourhood about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The neighbourhood is older with lots of new homes infilled. This suited us great as we enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle of downtown for a break. A short walk away was a fantastic brewery/pub. Went there every day and enjoyed the atmosphere. Half a block down was a Bakery, the other direction, a corner store, gas station close by and other pubs. If stairs are a problem, this property would not be good for you. The second bedroom is up a full story. Also, there’s a rooftop patio another story above that. We could hear absolutely no sounds from the neighbors, which was great.

Small but a good place to sleep.

Property Manager was easy to reach when we experienced an unexpected water outage in the neighborhood and communicated back to us right away. The condo met our needs as we only slept there. Condo was clean. General living room area space smaller than expected with limited seating. Only had seating for 5 people 6 if someone sat on the stairs. No table to sit and eat downstairs, there was a small table up on 2nd floor that could maybe seat 5 people but a tight squeeze. On main floor, once sofa sleeper bed (double) was open had to squeeze by in order to get to the kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. Did not use roof top deck. Deck looked nice and did appear to have good space for socialization. Bakery close by was nice so were able to get breakfast there. Not much close by within walking distance to get groceries or incidental. We did not have a car which made is a bit difficult. Would recommend having a car if staying here. In general a good stay.

Friends weekend away!

We stayed (2 couples) for a long weekend to experience Nashville. We had a blast. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. Fully stocked with toiletries and was the perfect size for 4 people. The rooftop area was adorable and provided more hangout space. The restaurants in walking distance were delicious! We had a car but took a lyft/ uber every night to broadway. Drivers are ample and there within 5mins or less. Neighbors were friendly. We also used the grill our last night for dinner. I’d stay here again!

Long Weekend Football Game Stay

Accommodations were exactly as expected. Location was awesome - quiet neighborhood with plenty of options within walking distance. Very large Farmer’s Market and good restaurants nearby. Parking on street was no problem.

We drove into Nashville from out of state to celebrate our anniversary. Our host Neal did a great job of providing suggestions for fabulous restaurants and activities so we could pre-plan our stay. Great place!!!

We loved staying at this cute townhome! It was perfect for what we needed. We loved the rooftop and the location. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway. We did eat at some of the local eateries, and they were fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was great. He left plenty of suggestions, how-to's, etc. for the area and the house. Very well thought out!

Great spot just out of downtown

Convenient and easy, great for 2 couples. Awesome weather allowed us to use the rooftop deck. Wish we had more time to investigate the nation’s neighbor as it looked to have a lot of great spots. Neil is SUPER responsive

Great for a Nashville trip

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Nashville. The condo is located just outside downtown in a quiet neighborhood, but it is just short drive to all of the downtown activities.
