Highly desirable top floor, fully furnished unit with a spectacular golf course and lake view (building has an elevator). Eat-in kitchen with the stainless steel appliances. Additional built in beverage fridge. Diagonal tile in the living room and kitchen, carpet in bedrooms. Master has 2 walk-in his & her closets. Washer/Dryer. 2 TV's, full cable and strong Wi-Fi. Lanai is wonderful with spectacular views of the course. There is a storage unit in the outside hallway for your golf stuff or for bikes. Heritage Bay offers many amenities such as a fabulous 27 hole Championship golf course available May-Oct with the purchase of a PGA Pass, resort style pool with full restaurant and bar, and 5 satellite pools that are available year round.
