Additional built in beverage fridge. Diagonal tile in the living room and kitchen, carpet in bedrooms. Master has 2 walk-in his & her closets. Washer/Dryer. 2 TV's, full cable and strong Wi-Fi. Lanai is wonderful with spectacular views of the course. There is a storage unit in the outside hallway for your golf stuff or for bikes. Heritage Bay offers many amenities such as a fabulous 27 hole Championship golf course available May-Oct with the purchase of a PGA Pass, resort style pool with full restaurant and bar, and 5 satellite pools that are available year round.

We love to travel and be adventurous. My wife of 33 yrs is a flight attendant and allows us to go just about anywhere. We have four children who love to travel too and jet off for long weekends when ever possible.
