The Osprey Nest a quality furniture apartment with hardwood floor offers a large outdoor deck with beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay. Beach access is at your toes just down the stairs to the sand with a large sand beaches just been extended. There is a private outdoor shower for the apartment located on the ground floor you can use before you come up the steps and dry off on the large deck. Beach chairs and deck sofa and chairs are available for your use.

Two bedrooms two bathrooms nicely furniture with fully loaded kitchen. Conveniently located on East Ocean View less then 2 miles from Little Creek base and I64 exit and many local attractions, marinas, piers, museums to name a few!
The apartment is on the third floor the first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a full bed and a single bed with high quality mattress with all linen provided. The living area and the two bathrooms are enjoying nature lights with skyline windows.

High quality living area furniture with one sofa bed and a love seat and leather lazy chair with a nice wooden dinning table and a breakfast area. A 43" flat TV with amazon fire tv that add an entertainment touch to the living area.

Kitchen is fully loaded with coffee maker, toaster, blinder, sandwich grill, and different kitchen cookware. The apartment have washer and dryer in the unit.

Digital Shangle lock for easy remote access and digital ecobee 4 thermostat for full remote access and high power saving with programmed scene for travel, away, morning, and night temperature setting. The apartment is connected via Samsung Smart Thing controlling access, air condition, and heating.
LED lamps all over for high power saving and wifi router covering the full space.

Dedicated off the street parking space and extra space available for guest added to free street parking on.

Right on the beach

The osprey nest was a great location to stay at especially for me since it's close to base. Just a minute walk from the beach makes relaxing very easy.I had a wonderful stay and I think anyone else will too.

Waterfront view and steps to a quiet norfolk beach

Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The owner was very helpful and wanted to ensure we had a good stay. Beautiful views of the water and steps away to a quiet beach. You can tell the neighborhood is being gentrified, but the easy access to the beach and available parking makes it a good alternative to the busy tourist locations.

I have a Ph.D. in computer science and worked for years in the area and currently working in several assignments in the software and telecom industry.
I travel a lot for work and pleasure I used this property as my summer condo but with my current travel schedule I like to rent it from time to time.

Why they chose this property

This property is nicely located with few steps from the beach with a marvelous large deck with bay view that make it amazing to enjoy the sun and the beach. The private beach in front of the condo is very well maintained with a large sands recently extended. The location is very close to a lot of landmark between Norfolk downtown, Virginia beach walk, large number of famous area restaurant like Captain George's with it most famous seafood buffet and the location is around 2 miles from Little Creek base and few mile from Norfolk Naval Base.
The unit is very well furnished with hard wooded floor and naturally lighted with skylight windows in the living rooms and both bathrooms added to lot of windows across the apartment.
The place is very well kept newly painted with all what you need from kitchen equipment and utensil and all the gear you need to enjoy the beach.
