It is a 3 r.o.k. townhouse of 69 sqm, with large terrace of 140 sqm,
southwest location. Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage. Separate kitchen fully equipped with all utensils and fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. Fully tiled bathroom with bath shower and window.
Arenales del Sol is 10 minutes by bus to Alicante Airport
(bus ticket 1.50), which runs every hour between 06. 35 to 21. 35
Monday to Friday, with some variations between Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
As well as 20 minutes to Alicante city center by bus 3 and 9 (Baile) which runs every half hour from approximately 06.00 to 23.00. Alicante city is 10 minutes away by car.
The townhouse is between 300 and 400 meters to the beaches of Arenales del Sol and Carabassi. There are two swimming pools in the complex (association), as well as an underground garage.
There are several small shops and restaurants in the area, as well as two large ones
shopping mall, one in a region called Gran Alacant, 10 minutes by car
and the other at the Altet 10 minutes by car. There are bus links to the mall as well.
Nearby cities besides Alicante are Altet, Elche, Santa Pola, Torrevieja and Benidorm.
The townhouse can be rented both weekly and for extended periods,

Relax on the beach

Nice apartment in a quiet village

We ( an older couple) enjoyed very much our stay (one month) in the very cosy and comfortable apartment, very well suited for 2 to 3 persons. The village is very quiet, even during the week-end, and it is a 15 minutes walk (800 m) down to the main street with the restaurants, bars, shops and to the beach. If you take your own chairs and umbrella down to the beach, perhaps it is more practical to go down by car as getting back up to the apartment is a tough climb! Anyway if you stay a longer period as we did, a car is very useful for shopping or to visit nice places such as Santa Pola, Alicante, Elche, … as buses are not very frequent.

Muy bien con algunas cosas a mejorar

El alojamiento es tal y como se muestra en el anuncio y se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila a pocos minutos de la playa. Como mejoras sugiero cambiar los colchones de las camas pues son poco cómodos. Otra cosa que no nos ha parecido bien ha sido que parte de los armarios tanto de la cocina como de los dormitorios estén cerrados, para una instancia de 15 días se necesita tener más espacio para guardar la ropa y los alimentos. Por lo demás todo perfecto, incluso a la llegada el propietario nos había dejado una botella de vino y otra de agua.

Tranquilidad y desconexión

Nos alojamos mi pareja y yo con nuestro hijo de 6 meses y nuestro gato durante 3 semanas en agosto y han sido unas vacaciones geniales! La ubicación perfecta para desconectar con servicios de todo tipo relativamente cerca. El patio con barbacoa es perfecto para comilonas con sobremesa y cenas en el porche a la fresca.

Vacaciones muy agradables

Hemos estado 12 días, de lo q más hemos disfrutado ha sido del patio, es enorme y al ser de esquina hace una brisa muy agradable y los perretes han estado muy a gusto. Todo limpio y María, la chica q nos recibió y nos despidió muy atenta. Por poner una pega, el sofá cama no es muy cómodo. La casa está arriba, pero en la esquina hay una parada de autobús q te deja a pie de playa y pasa cada 20 minutos, muy cómodo. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy tranquilas y agradables.

Sweet home

Stayed with Luis from 19 to 26 June 2018. The dwelling completely corresponds to the description, a very spacious, stylish and cozy apartment, four of them. The owner provided everything necessary for comfortable living, even beach inventory. The area is quiet, cozy, no one bothered. The owner helped to solve all issues during our stay, took care of us throughout our rest. I strongly recommend staying here for a comfortable stay in Alicante. If there is a car there is a garage or parking near the house, for free! Upon arrival in the apartment, we were expecting a pleasant present from the owner. If you want a comfortable holiday in Spain, stop here. Thanks to Luis for his concern about us. I'll give it to everyone. I will definitely return to Spain and stop at Luis if we are in Alicante.

Wonderful vacation

Stopped in June 2018. Description and photos are true. The house is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop from / to the airport (to the airport 20 minutes), in 7-10 minutes walk to the beach and walking central street along the beach, where are all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Regarding the apartments: excellent Wi-Fi, two smart TVs (in the living room and bedroom), two washing machines, a dishwasher, a very good stove and an oven, cooks fast !! The kitchen is well equipped in terms of dishes, there is everything to the smallest detail. There is parking, swimming pool behind the house. The apartment is clean, very comfortable, nice furniture. A lovely terrace where we had breakfast and dinner with pleasure, it was very pleasant. I liked everything, we will come again!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man benötigt um sich gut zu erholen und zu entspannen.

Die Angaben in der Offerte sind korrekt, man ist in kurzer Zeit am Strand und der ist einfach traumhaft. Man kann stundenlang laufen und unser Hund hat das voll genossen, genauso wie wir. Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und nett, wir hatten ganz tolle Ferien. Das mediterrane Klima tat uns sehr gut und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Luis Mente.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in this apartment in July 2017 for 3 weeks. Everything worked out very well, the apartment was very well equipped and the location was nice and quiet but still close to the beach avenue. Less than 10 minutes ride from Gran Alacant shopping center (has big grocery stores i.e. Lidl & Mercadona & Consum and lots of restaurants). Nice and sunny yard with a high fence and a gate that you can lock --> great with kids. Communal pool (incl kids pool) was very convenient and close by. Everything was as agreed and everything worked out perfectly with the owner. I can really recommend! Viivi / Finland

Отдыхала в августе 2016 в Arenales del sol. Место отличное!!! Квартира: 2 комнаты, гостиная, кухня, туалет, ванная, большая терраса. Квартира полностью оборудованная до мелочей, просторная, в каждой комнате кондиционер, много посуды, холодильник, всё есть, всё новое и очень чисто. Всем рекомендую! Хозяин очень приятный и воспитанный человек , спасибо!!!

Jättefin och bekväm lägenhet med jätteterass

Vi stannade två veckor i denna fantastiska bostad med en jättestor terass. Lägenheten är ljus, var mycket ren och fin och har all utrustning som man behöver. Vi kände oss som hemma under dessa två veckor. Området var lugnt och fint och med barn så kändes det jättetryggt. Hyresvärden var bara ett samtal bort vilket kändes skönt även om vi aldrig behövde ringa honom. Han kollade dock av att vi kommit fram och att allt var ok. Stränderna är jättefina och vi kan inte tänka oss något bättre ställe. Perfekt avstånd till flygplatsen. Förutom stränder så finns på gångavstånd naturområdet Clot de Galvani som erbjuder vandring samt åskådning av det spanska fågel- och naturlivet. På tisdagar och fredagar var det marknad i området.Grönsaker, ostar, korvar, kläder m.m. såldes. Kan varmt rekommendera denna marknad. Närheten till staden Alicante gör det möjligt för en dag i staden med shopping. Vi spenderade en jättefin semester här och vi kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet och vi kommer att komma tillbaka till den.

Superfint, komfortabelt och rent!

Jag tyckte att denna plats och boende var perfekt för min semester. Lägenheten var ren, ljus med stor uteplats och alla tänkbara tillbehör som behövs (tvättmaskin, micro osv). Fast än solen skiner från morgon till kväll på uteplatsen så är det svalt-normalt i lägenheten vilket jag tycker är positivt. Det var otroligt nära till stranden som var ren och perfect för långa promenader samt vid stranden kunde man hitta små barer och restauranger. Området i sig var lugnt den veckan jag var där men tydligen hade inte turistsäsongen startat då, och vill man ha en lite mer hektisk dag kan man alltid ta sig till Alicante som inte alls är långt ifrån, ca 15-20min. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera denna lägenhet och ser fram emot själv att få åka ner igen i framtiden.

Fantastiskt boende!

Ett helt fantastiskt boende som är nära till stranden och har väldigt fina promenadsvägar. Uteplatsen är helt suveränt på ca 140kvm som känns helt lyxigt och för mig kändes det mer som ett radhus än en lägenhet. Poolen ligger ett stenkast från lägenheten/radhuset. För mig var detta hus det perfekta boendet jag har haft någonsin på Arenales då jag har bott på många andra ställen där tidigare. Rekommenderar starkt!!!!!!
