Cozy villa with private swimming pool and garden situated in a quiet area 6km from the beautiful and peaceful beach of Llafranc. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! Pleasant outdoor area with private swimming pool (8,2 x 3,6m), garden and parking. Large living/dining room with tv and access to a terrace where you can enjoy nice meals in the sun. There are also a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bedroom with one double bed (135 x 190cm), 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (90 x 190cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower outside the house. Pets allowed only on request and with supplement. WIFI Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
