Beautiful Mountain View Home with Private Resort Style Backyard

Our home has an amazing setting right next to Superstition Mountain with a beautiful view of the desert from our backyard. Our 5 bedroom home offers 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with triple bunk beds and the master suite has a King sized bed. You will enjoy sitting in the recliners in the master suite either watching your favorite thing on TV or just sitting quietly as you sit in awe at the beautiful mountain right outside the windows. The master suite also has a patio that you can enjoy a beautiful view of the backyard, the desert, the golf course and the Mountain. The luxury master bath has a oversized bathtub set in a bay window overlooking the mountain and shower. We have a pull-out sofa both in the formal living room as well as the den on the main floor.

The 4 bedrooms other than the master suite are on a different wing of the upstairs. There are two bathrooms in this area of the house as well as a recreational room that offers a sectional couch, television and a shuffleboard. Feel free to use our pack and play for the little one that is staying with you.

All 5 bedrooms, the den and all three living rooms have a ceiling fan. Our den is equipt with a desk and printer.

Our fully equipt kitchen is a joy to cook in! A gas cooktop, double oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher along with many small appliances will make your time in the kitchen fun! Our breakfast nook seats 8 people, bar in the kitchen seats 4 and formal dining room seats 8. The formal dining room has a butlers pantry off of it with a wine cooler as well as all the dishes needed to set that table. We also have a highchair for you to use.

You can enjoy quiet time sitting by the fireplace in the formal living room or watch television in our family room all while gazing at spectacular Superstition Mountain or while watching what is going on the in the backyard

Our backyard is the place where we spend most of our time. It is like a private resort. Our 6' deep pool features a swim up bar, beautiful lighting and a flowing waterfall. You can enjoy the pool by sitting in a lounger by the pool or jumping in! We also have a hot-tub that is lovely to enjoy any time of the day or night! Our pool can be either heated or chilled. (Pool Heating or Cooling as well as Hot Tub Heating is an additional $50.00 per day. We do have a community pool and hot tub that you can use at no additional expense). It's quick and simple to grill out in our outdoor kitchen next to the pool. The outdoor kitchen is equipt with a gas grill with side burners, a sink and an outdoor television that you can watch while you cook or swim. And, if you are still looking for something else to do while you are in the backyard you could sit by the gas fire pit or play a game of pool or ping-pong on our outdoor pool and ping-pong tables.

We have a lemon, lime, tangelo and kumquat tree in our back yard as well as a green turf area. Besides the loungers by the pool we have a bar with 4 chairs in the outdoor kitchen, a full sized patio dining set and 2 hammocks to lay in.

You will be able to park your car in our double garage. When you come into the house from this garage you will be in a room that has a laundry sink as well as the washer and dryer that is on our main floor. You will also have a washer and dryer for your use upstairs where the 5 bedrooms are located. We have an ironing board and iron to take care of all those wrinkles in your clothes from traveling.

When you are not enjoying time at our home, you might want to enjoy a walk or run on the trails in our neighborhood or you are just a few minutes drive to hiking trails. You could also enjoy some time at the community pool or spa. The east valley offers amazing places to dine at as well as golfing, horseback riding, mountain climbing, hiking and so much more.

As you have read, our home is great for families and children are welcome. We do expect that children will be under the supervision of adults at all times and the the pool, pool table, ping pong table, shuffleboard etc will all be used with care and respect.
