The house is gorgeous. If you're looking for a stunning architectural display of wood and beam, with a very open space themed house based around the amazing views of the ocean and conservation land, and hanging out together with family and friends, this house is for you.

It is mostly an upside down house, except for the guest bedroom located upstairs. That bedroom has a small deck that overlooks a garden, conservation land, and great sunsets. It also faces the sunrise. There is an adjacent full bathroom. The rest of the upstairs consists of an open floor living room, with kitchen and dining area. Central AC. Great views. Adjacent deck with gas grill. Spiral staircase to the loft with yet another deck.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. Two other bedrooms with a full bathroom on the floor. A fifth bedroom in the basement with full bath. The basement also is a rec room, great for kids or the kid in you! An entertainment center, a pool table and a Ms Pac Man old school sit down bar game. And the basement opens up into a sunken terrace letting in plenty of light.

Outside there is a large backyard, a big deck with a hot tub, and an outdoor fire pit in the sunken terrace. If the fog lifts and it’s a clear night, the Milky Way splashes across the sky right over you.

It's a small quiet neighborhood. You'll hear nature. You'll hear the waves if they're up. One of the most uncrowded beaches sits directly in front. Did we say amazing sunsets? We'll say it again. It's our slice of heaven. Cheers.
