Located 4 km above Grasse, 1 km from the shopping center in the village of Cabris. Equipped American kitchen, large living room, 2 bedrooms opening onto sunny terrace with sea view and large shaded garden. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs. Parking for 3 vehicles. Close to the seaside (20 km), Lake St Cassien, the Siagne and Verdon gorges and the middle mountains. Many sporting activities from the house: hiking, mountain biking, outdoor swimming pool in Grasse 4 km away.
