About this property

We just finished updating our 1 bedroom condo with private balcony. There is new floors. paint, furniture, granite counter tops in the kitchen, appliances, bathroom vanity and more. Dolphin Point condos have a heated pool with a beautiful view of St Joseph Sound. There is a club house with tables for cards and games, Pool table and another beautiful view of the bay. There is a fishing pier, gazebo over looking the water with gas grill and picnic table. There are bike racks to store your bike. The Pincellas trail is only a few blocks away for walking and biking. The condos have a great place to launch your kayak with stairs leading to the water. The causeway to Honeymoon Island is 2 blocks away. Great for walking and biking to the island. Frenches restaurant is 2 blocks away. Public Grocery store , a drug store, bank ,dollar store and more are also within easy walking distance. The quaint town of Dunedin is 2 mile away. Take your bike down the trail or drive to find great restaurants, stores, art fairs and farmers market. Dunedin has many festivals through out the year.
Golf is also near buy at the Dunedin Country club plus other courses near by.
You can find boat tours at near by Clearwater which is only 15-20 mines away.
Our location here at Dolphin Point is hard to beat. Beautiful sunsets from the fishing pier every night.
Dolphin Point has a 1 month minimum rent term with a $100 application fee. Association rules.

You will understand why they call it Dolphin Point

Nicely updated 1 bedroom condo with beautiful views of waterway from unit and outside porch. You will definitely see Dolphins everyday playing in the canal. Nice pool and very friendly residents in complex. Great location, can walk to a few restaurants and to the beach on the causeway if you wanted and only a few miles to downtown Dunedin and Palm Harbor. would recommend staying here if traveling to Dunedin area.

It had everything!

This rental unit really had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, fresh and comfortable. The condo building and grounds are very attractive and well maintained. The location was ideal in that we could easily walk to many amenities, while others are a short drive away. The tranquil seating areas on the water side of the building provided a perfect place to relax; watching the dolphins helped with that! The condo community (owners and renters) were very welcoming. The owner was wonderful to deal with. We had a wonderful vacation .

Location, location, location!

We loved the location, close to Honeymoon Island, City of Dunedin and the Pinellas bike and walking path. Several restaurants and pubs within walking distance along with a Publix, Walgreens and a European Deli. Unit has been recently remodeled and is very clean. Very comfortable for two people. We loved watching the sunsets from the community dock overlooking St. Joseph Sound. We would rent again if it worked out.

We are from Michigan and fell in love with the area. Love the water, swimming, fishing, kayaking. Also love the Pinellas rail trail for biking.

Why they chose this property

Location.Location.Location. On the causeway to Honeymoon island. And only a couple of blocks from the Pinellas trail. The cute town of Dunedin is only 2 miles. You can walk to restaurants and stores. You can bike to downtown Dunedin and sponge docks of Tarpon springs. So many fun places to visit that are close by.

What makes this property unique

Our condo complex has a elevator. We are on the second floor. You can take the stairs. We have a beautiful view of the bay from the heated pool and club house.
Also our unit 212 has a awesome view of water. This unit updated in 2020.
