Très très bien

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à sa description faite dans l'annonce. Nous n'avons donc pas été du tout déçus et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Avec le beau temps, le petit jardin a été apprécié, ainsi que le calme du quartier. Un grand plus pour nous, : la possibilité de mettre à l'abri nos 2 vélos à assistance électrique. La propriétaire était joignable par téléphone à tout moment, ce qui était rassurant, mais nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la déranger puisque rien ne manquait pour notre confort. Cette petite maison est à recommander pour 2 personnes qui rechercheraient particulièrement le calme.

Une maison super pour 2, une propriétaire très arrangeante. La localisation est bien, surtout si vous avez des vélos pour bouger rapidement.

Vacances agréables

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le logement est proche des commerces . Le petit jardin de plein pied est appréciable. En revanche, nous déconseillons pour plus de 2 personnes. Logement petit, clic clac dans la pièce principale qui une fois déplié ne laisse plus aucune place .

Proche de tout. Le quartier est très sympa et calme. La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Le jardinet est bien appréciable : transats, barbecue ... Et la véranda également pour ranger nos vélos. Nous reviendrons, les enfants nous le réclament déjà !

Charmante maison de plein pied au calme à proximité de tout...

La maison correspond au descriptif. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le calme du quartier qui permet de très bien dormir. Le séjour peut être couplé à une thalasso qui n'est pas loin. Le centre ville de Royan n'est pas loin non plus en particulier le marché. Bref, je recommande la maison de Madame Mesnard.

einfaches Haus mit 2 Räumen und viel Abstellmöglichkeiten in einem Nebenraum;

sehr ruhige Lage, kleiner sonniger Hof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, befriedigende Küchenausstattung, alles sauber und durchdacht, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine; gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Anbindung an Fernstraßen, an den unglaublich vielen Einbahnstraßen in Royan ist die sehr entgegenkommende Vermieterin unschuldig (der Bürgermeister muss Schilderfabrikant sein!); Gegend um Royan: sehr viele Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten, lange und breite, aber auch kleine Strände, schöne und interessante Städte und Weingebiete, Paradies für Fahrradfahrer und Wassersportler;

La maison est très agréable, on s'y sent bien ! L'emplacement est idéal à proximité de tout. Le plus, la boulangerie pâtisserie au bout de la rue ! La maison est très propre, et bien équipée, rien ne manque. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante. A recommander.

Maison dans rue calme

Petite maison située dans une rue très calme. On peut se passer de voiture : J'ai apprécié le supermarché à 200 mètres à pieds et la plage à 10 minutes à pieds. On peut se garer facilement. Maison confortable et propre. Jolie petite cuisine équipée d'un lave vaisselle. Belle douche italienne. Petite cour appréciable pour déjeuner à l'extérieur. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillant. Je garde un bon souvenir de cette location.

Super séjour et maison très agréable

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous louons cette maison et nous en sommes ravis. Bien conçue et le jardinet est très agréable. Calme, près de la plage et près des commerces. Nous y reviendrons j'espère !
