This brand-new luxurious condo was just finished this year. It is sleek, modern, and completely turn-key. The balcony has a breathtaking infinity pool, just steps outside your door. It sleeps up to 4 guests and each bedroom is beautifully appointed. Perfect for couples or a private vacation.

You will enjoy the breathtaking sunrises from the master suite and/or from the living room, kitchen or on the largest deck that any 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit should offer located within the newest Phase of the development and catching the strongest blue water views.

The condo is 6/10 of a mile to the Cabo marina so a walk to this distance takes a realistic 10 minutes. Taxis are available but now Uber is also available which is only a $3 ride to marino and we do give you numbers to dispatchers in case no one feels like walking and/or driving. We have an organic market near the Pedregal security entrance that is present every Wednesday and Saturday from 8-12 pm. The operator known as “Penny Lane” also offers breakfast and lunch options in addition to fresh smoothies and they’re ideal for those that love to juice. Nearly 40 restaurants just 2 blocks into town so you don’t have to go far.

This unit is fully loaded. Everything you need for a home away from home. Beach towels, hangers, hair dryers, personal washer/dryer and the kitchen is well stocked. The two bedrooms can hold up to four guests so it works out to around $50/per person per night which is a steal for a luxury apartment located in the very exclusive and high end Pedregal address.

You can relax with some of the most beautiful sunrises and the evening transitions of Cabo city lights and breathtaking sea of Cortez ocean views.

The unit includes unlimited long distance calling to the US/Canada and calling within Mexico. Free private Wi-FI high-speed internet which was recently upgraded to fiber-optic.

High end Trane air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout this master condo offer all the comforts of home. Custom granite counter-tops and stainless steel GE Profile appliances await you with all the special touches in our ultimate gourmet kitchen. (6 burner gas range stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and more! The laundry room is always fully stocked in case you’d like to utilize the washer and dryer prior to departure.

Relax with, the beautiful grounds and landscaping and enjoy the views from the outside areas with the Jacuzzi and infinity edge pool all taken in strong ocean, mountain and city views. This condo is in the #1 address in all Los Cabos in the premier estates that have all custom, multi-million dollar homes surrounding this elite area. This hill side property offers an ultra-luxurious community with the Pedregal pacific beach that makes it easy to offer attention and romance to that special loved one, family or that book you’ve been trying to read, in peace. Guests are also permitted to set up a reservation time to play at the private racket and tennis courts exclusively for the Pedregal members only, owners or the ones who have been invited in the community to rest here.

Resting within the calm community of cobble stone streets the Pedregal has, electronic gates with security guards stationed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Guards also patrol by automobile for added well-being.

They’ll meet guests upon arrival and make sure they go over the condo, activity options, restaurants in addition to making sure they’re a point of contact for any recommendation/reservation assistance as well as being an emergency contact.
