This lovely 2 bedrooms apartment in a typical and fully renovated 1850's House from Santa Cruz Neighborhood of Seville City Center. We offer Air Conditioning and Heating on every room and a Huge Private Terrace with stunning views of the Giralda Tower. We do have also Free WI-FI
Apartment in a typical Seville house with Patio, situated in the historical and central district of Santa Cruz, which has capacity for up to 6 people. Recently renovated, the house retains all the charm of the 1850's Santa Cruz House, located in the heart of Seville. Upon entering the house leads to a bright and central courtyard, with iron gate, wooden windows and white marble floor filled with plants and flowers. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and another one with twin beds. Bathroom with Shower and Fully Equipped kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils. It also has a washing machine for guest use. In the lounge you will find a comfortable sofa-bed, TV and dining table for all Guests.

Good apartment in a perfect location

This apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The location really can't be beaten. The wi-fi never failed us and this was important as we worked and took video meetings throughout our time in Sevilla. The apartment itself was cozy and well-appointed. The shower is really tiny but it worked just fine. Just took some getting used to. The garbage situation was a little strange as you have to carry out your own trash and put it in public trash bins if you're lucky to find one that isn't locked. Other than that this was perfect and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Sevilla for the location, the quick and easy communication with the property owner, and the overall quality for the price. We hope to return some day.

Nicht alles erstklassig

Mein Zimmer war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Die Tür der Dusche steckte nicht in der vorgesehenen Halterung. Der Fernseher funktionierte gar nicht. Es ist schade, dass eine so schöne und optimal gelegene Wohnung nicht besser gepflegt wird.

Great central location, heart of Seville

Beautiful, classic apartment in the middle of classic Seville. Small living space but also nice outdoor deck above it all. A little challenging to get to if you have lots of bags as you have to walk a bit & there are stairs up to the apt. Neighborhood around has great restaurants and you’re 5 minute walk to the cathedral and Alcazar. WiFi worked well. Would stay again, good value.

Loved our first stay in Seville!

Our family of four enjoyed this rental for our first stay in Sevilla. Wonderful location near many attractions in a lively neighborhood. Old, charming and authentic with beautiful tiles and several balconies overlooking this busy area. Clean and had everything we needed. If you're looking for a quiet place, this might not be for you, but we loved hearing and watching all the activity.
