The whole Snowberry II building is available for large groups to rent. This building consists of 3 units (1A, 1B, and 2A) units separated by a common hallway/stairway. Each unit features two kitchens for a total of four kitchens! The property also features four living/family rooms with fold out couches, 9 bedrooms (1 king room, 5 Queen rooms and 3 bunk rooms. One bunk room sleeps 8 and the others sleeps 5), 8 bathrooms, and 2 two car garages. 4 decks with 3 barbecue grills. New memory foam mattresses insure a comfortable nights sleep! The hot tub seats 6 adults comfortably. Indoor sauna seats 3. Washer and dryer in the garage for convenience. Wifi and cable included plus hundreds of DVD. Lots of storage for gear. Great for any large gathering summer or winter!

Highly recommend! Amazing spot and location

The owners were so awesome and super helpful. They had everything we needed to keep the place cool during the hot summer and all the ironing we could ask for for wedding events! We had a great time and are so thankful!!

Family Reunion Ages 10-92

This property was ideal providing five adjacent family units with space for entire group gatherings. Units were adequately equipped and functional. Adjacent to Schweitzer Mountain summer outdoor activities.

Family Wedding Weekend

A large group of our family stayed here for a family member’s wedding at Schweitzer. The younger kids had a blast exploring the large house and especially loved the loft area. It was perfect for our group because there were so many bedrooms, baths, and plenty of dining and living space. Loved it!

Beautiful summer getaway for large families

Great location with hiking, biking, nice restaurants, huckleberries galore, and relaxing place to retreat to. Perfect for family reunions with a large space, interconnected units, bedrooms for adults, and bunkrooms for kids. Easy to have both quiet areas and noisier visiting areas. Hot tub was great, but table tennis in garage was the real hit for our family.

Fun Family Vacation

Excellent venue able to comfortably accommodate large groups, particularly during COVID times where social distancing may be needed. Jessica was very helpful throughout the whole process. There was an issue with the hot tub and she had someone out right away to fix it. The place was very clean, probably the cleanest of the many places we’ve stayed over the years. Also plenty of silverware, dishes, appliances, toilet paper, paper towels, etc which we often have found hard to come by at other places we rented. The place was very close to all the sights yet still relatively isolated and peaceful. There was plenty to do for all ages. The house was a bit hot, we stayed there likely the warmest time of year where outside temps were regularly in the 80s-90s, inside temp stayed in the low to mid 80s despite closing blinds, opening windows on the cooler side of the house and running fans. It did cool down at night. Overall very positive experience, only suggestion would be to consider an AC unit in the main areas to keep it more comfortable during the hotter days
