Great duplex, 50 m from the sandy beach of S. Lourenço, and 5 km from the village of Ericeira, with a large terrace with extraordinary views of the beach and the sea, in a small gated condominium with pool, Turkish bath and common laundry.
1st floor - Large lounge with terrace overlooking the sea, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Small room wih one single bed.
Lower Floor - 2 Rooms with sea view (one with two single beds, the other with an extra long bunk bed for 2), terrace and cinema room / bedroom (with a sofa bed for 2 poeple). Bathroom with bathtub.
Pool and garden. Private access to one of the best beaches on the coast of Ericeira.
Fully furnished and equipped. Bathroom towels and bed linen available
Just 30 minutes from Lisbon, in a very quiet place.
The beach access is through a direct walking path, car-free, ideal for children. The terrace boasts a fabulous view over the beach and the sea. The pool is located facing the beach.

Nice Apartment in a perfect Location for a maximum of 4 People

Pros: - good location (2 mins walk to the "home beach" and 7 mins to "Downtown" Ericeira and the other surfing beaches) - Great View on the Beach from the balkony - spacious living room/kitchen area - two bathrooms - pretty modern - Tomas answered really quick - good equipped kitchen - garage - two terraces - nice pool - very clean - the bakery bus every morning Cons: - not possible for 6 people (the extra bed is in the movie room, which either has a window nor an aircon, the "mattress" is 2 cm thin and 1,20m x 1,70m) - the musik station blew out smoke, when we wanted to start it - the remotes for the aircons and the TV were not working - a lot of chairs of the living room were broken - closet in the second sleeping room was broken So all in all: it was a pleasant stay and the points on the negative list are not too bad, since they are all repairable. We would come back with only 4 people this time!

Svea's group were easygoing, friendly and responsible guests. I really appreciate the comments, especially the negative ones, as they help me improve the apartment for future guests. Let me add the following: - I will change the extra bed in the cinema room for a more adequate one, allowing for extra people to sleep there, even if they are taller. It is important to note that this room is to be used in special circumstances, as it has no window nor air conditioning. - I will check what is wrong with the hi-fi downstairs, and get it fixed. - The remotes need replacement batteries, I will also have them replaced in the next few days. - I will replace or repair the chairs, it seems that this summer they were subject to heavy usage, and therefore the last guests were unfortunate to have to use them in this state. - I was not aware of the malfunctioning closet, again, it will be fixed. Thanks again for these comments, and I hope you return, this time without all these hassles, for which I apologize. Tomás Figueira

great place at the beach

we stayed one week in the appartement, we came with four so lots of room. a few minute s walk to the beach and great views in the evening. Thomas made sure we had good directions and arrival /departure went well.

Sea view from every window! Calm neighborhood and accessible to restaurants and shopping.

We had a terrific stay. The apartment was clean and spacious and the owner was easy and great to work with! We were a family of four that included two small kids. We walked to the beach every morning and played in the pool in the afternoon. The apartment is well furnished and in a fantastic location. Calm neighborhood and easy to get to the city center.

Sejour très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, rien à redire. L'appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé, très propre. La vue est parfaite de la terrasse où l'on peut diner avec le coucher du soleil. La piscine très agréable, les enfants ont adoré. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. L'accueil de Nuno était très sympathique. A conseiller sans réserve.
