1) Walking distance from an uncrowded beach that is ideal for long walks, bathing, fishing, shell collecting and body boarding.
2) Fifteen minutes drive to Jeffrey's Bay, restaurants and shopping malls.
3) One hour's drive from Port Elizabeth Airport.
4) A perfect stop-over for travelling The Garden Route.
5) Safe environment and neighbourhood.
6) Live-in hosts for local advice and assistance.

My wife, Chanie, and I are South African. We have four children, two of whom live in London and Florida. We are retired: I write novels; she loves sewing and working in the garden. Why they chose this property
Originally from Cape Town, we discovered this property while doing a beach-walking road trip along the beautiful South African Garden Route. It was love at first sight. Three months later we had bought the property and relocated, changing our lives in the process!
