Calm, near the center, modern apartment in an old magnanery any comfort for 4

Independent flat recently fitted out in old Magnanery (much earlier farm dedicated to the silk worms production) set in a large enclosed garden with pool. Ideal for a family (2 + 2). A room fitted with queen size bed, and a cabin-bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Large living room/kitchen open on a private terrace. Any comfort,, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine ... Bed linen and towels provided. 1 hour from the sea and airports Nimes Montpellier. Located in the outskirts of the city, all the shops are quickly accessible, this will be the perfect setting to enjoy the many activities offered by our city (Pole Mechanics, theater ..) and the Cévennes which is aclassified Unesco word site (sightseeing, hiking, swimming ...) or rest with the calm and enjoy the pool.

Nous avons passé un très beau WE. La propriété est très bien entretenue et propre. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Propriétaires très agréables. Notre fils était aux anges avec les chiens, habitués à la présence des enfants. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un petit cocon !

Très chouette séjour chez Mr et Mme Béguin, parfait pour quelques jours en famille pour se ressourcer. On laisse les enfants s'amuser dans le parc magnifique en toute liberté avec les toutous trop sympas, on profite du calme au coeur d'Ales, on est sereins et ça fait du bien.

Magnifique, convivial et bien situé!

nous avons séjourné quelques jours en avril à l'occasion d'un mariage . nous remercions vivement nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. le cadre est splendide, grand jardin , grande terrasse et piscine ( que nous n'avons pas testé pcq elle n'est pas chauffée et qu'elle était à 18° !!!) le logement est entièrement sécurisé et les commodités à proximité . nous recommandons !!!

Nous avons apprécié l'endroit, la liberté pour notre chienne, la proximité avec Alès tout en étant dans un cadre préservé. Intérieur et extérieur très agréables et simplicité de l'accueil. A recommander.

Fijne locatie, geweldig appartement.

De ontvangst door Elisabeth en Didier was allerhartelijkst. Het appartement is zeer compleet en gezellig ingericht. Terrassen zijn fijn, je kunt in de zon en in de schaduw zitten. Het was te koud om het zwembad te proberen, maar dat ziet er mooi uit. Je hebt veel privacy, die je deelt met de honden, maar dat vonden wij geen enkel probleem. Elisabeth en Didier, heel hartelijk dank.

Wonderful experience in Ales

Our stay at La Rieu was made memorable by the wonderful hospitality of the owners, Didier and Elisabeth. They, along with their dogs made us immediately feel like part of the family. The Gite is very comfortable, modern and well located. It is amazing that it is a short way off a major road yet, you feel you are in the country once you pass through the gate. Day trips to many nearby towns are easy and rewarding. Ales is a clean, upbeat city . Didier's brother's restaurant is not to be missed

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Ales. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et très accueillants. La location, tout à fait conforme à la description, nous a permis de passer un bon séjour, avec tout le confort, dans un endroit calme, dépaysant et à la fois proche de la ville et de ses activités. Pour résumer, un écrin de verdure à deux pas de la ville.
