Affordable house in quiet Windy Hills neighborhood near University of Delaware. Raised ranch is comfortable for a family and very convenient for visiting a UD student. Beds for 6 with two living areas, dining area, and kitchen with island. Short ride to campus, stadium and I-95. Includes driveway parking for 4, front and back yards, and small deck.

Less hassle than local hotels (if they're available) and much better value. House is owned by 2 proud UD grads looking to help you celebrate.
