With this apartment there is a free parking space. Port Cogolin near you home with its shops and restaurants as well as its maritime shuttles Ste Maxime St Tropez. At 200 meters Geant Casino and shops.
The village of Gassin is located 4km perched on a rocky promontory, it kept its winding streets and old houses picturesque.

Appartement sale .Ma petite fille à trouve un paquet de tabac sur le matelas .L appartement aucun

L appartement aucun entretien…. WC sale ,abîme .chambres toutes petites !!……depuis au moins 20 ans époque Maeva où nous avons séjourné plusieurs fois.; aucune rénovations .appartement vetuste.Internet très très faible débit ….impossible de répondre à mes messages.Je passe sur les couverts ,poêles etc… Enfin le site est bien mais vraiment très très déçu de la location 60 euros le ménage ….

Je vous remercie pour cette appréciation. C'est vrais que port Cogolin est juste à coté avec ces restaurants, ces petites boutiques. De la résidence, vous pouvez aller à la plage de sable fin à pied sans traverser une route. Dans la résidence vous pouvez profiter d'une piscine lagon.

Super séjour! Appartement idéalement situé!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! On peut tout faire à pied: piscine, plage, restaurants, fête foraine, cirque, courses... En famille, c'est l'idéal ! Les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés et nous avons pu faire du vélo grâce aux pistes cyclables qui vont à Saint Tropez et à Port Grimaud (très joli) ! Je recommande cet appartement!

Appartement bien situé mais propreté déplorable +++

Il faut prévoir une après midi de ménage avant de s'installer dans l'appartement ... Point positif la petite vue sur la mer et la piscine et la situation bien placé Par contre prévoir le transat ou matelas pour la piscine (dalle béton ) PS: attention pour les enfants, prises sortantes du mur.... Appartement loué fin mai début juin

Nous avons bien pris note de vos revendications. A rappeler que notre appartement est situé face à la mer à 150 m donc souvent frappé par des vents de sable qui apporte une petite pellicule de poussière sur les meubles. Le ménage incombe aux locataires comme précisé dans mon contrat.Les articles de plage et piscine ne sont pas fourni dans l'appartement. Ce locataire voulait surtout obtenir une réduction du prix du séjour.
