Lieu de séjour très agréable et varié. Appartement confortable, qui correspond à la description.

Tout est à proximité. Belles balades en Capcir: lac de Matemale, lac de Balcere, château de Usson . Une mention spéciale pour le lac des Bouillouses avec la navette.

Appartement agréable situé à 10 minutes à pied de l’aire de loisirs, du télécabine et à 15 minutes des commerces.. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Les chambres sont assez petites et le plafond de l’étage assez bas donc attention si vous êtes grands. Sinon, pour les gens de taille moyenne, ça ne dérange pas. Mon séjour dans ce logement avec deux enfants de 10 et 13 ans et 3 adultes, c’est très bien passé. L’appartement est doté du wifi qui fonctionne très bien.

Appartement non adapté pour séjours entre collègues de travail. Plafond de la douche bas, pour les grands, faut faire des squats pour se doucher. Trop petit pour 8 personnes et le baby-foot non fonctionnel, les poignées se retirent. Conciergerie difficilement joignable et qui ne rappelle par pour l'état des lieux alors que nous lui avions donné l'horaire de départ par SMS.

Appartement très accueillant

Très bien agencé pour 8, 1 wc isolé en bas, 1 autre en haut dans la salle d'eau. 1 chambre lit double en bas, au calme, 2 chambres en haut. L'équipement est nickel, la serrure a code permet à chaque membre du groupe de rentrer quand il veut. Local à ski et salle de jeux/buanderie très pratique, dans le couloir en face de l'appartement. L'appartement est à 10mn à pied du centre ville, résidence très calme. Le top est de pouvoir déchausser les skis devant la porte quand il neige, ou à 50m sinon. Merci beaucoup pour le séjour, la très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, à recommander. (Précisions utiles : 2 lits 140x190 + canapé lit 2 lits 90x190 Des traversins, des oreillers 65x65 Housses de couettes 220x240 Cafetière à filtre.)

Appartement lumineux et bien aménagé. Toutefois il faut savoir que l'espace supérieur ne peut convenir à des personnes de plus d'1m85 car le plafond et très bas et la salle de bain se trouvant à l'étage cela peut occasionner des difficultés. Attention aussi à la propreté qui est limite même si cela n'est pas du directement au propriétaire mais aux précédents occupants (cheveux + poils dans la salle de bain et alèses sur les lits très sales et déchirées). Il serait certainement judicieux de faire un réel état des lieux de sortie et d'entrée et de prévoir un forfait ménage.

Appartement semi enterré mais lumineux. Résidence au calme. Belle vue. En revanche, nous avons trouvé celui-ci très sale et ce dès lors de notre arrivé. Nous avons donc du y faire le ménage...ce qui est plutôt moyen pour une arrivé. Aucun état des lieux d’entrée ni de sortie. La vaisselle également à nettoyer... L'étage bas de plafond, SDB humide et rempli de moisissures dans la douche, l’appartement est clairement à rafraîchir au vue de la concurrence. Appt pour un couple ou jeune et non une famille...

Superbe semaine à tout point de vue

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale: la météo était au top et l'appartement parfait, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé, rien à redire. Par ailleurs, bon rapport Qualité/Prix. Une bonne adresse à retenir pour un éventuel nouveau séjour dans une région que nous apprécions énormément et ou nous venons souvent. A noter un excellent point suplémentaire: cet appartement a une connection internet (gratuite) et pour moi qui doit me connecter tous les jours c'est fondamental. Les locations qui ont une connection internet ne sont pas légion dans le coin et je me suis meme fait avoir une fois: le proprietaire m'avait affirmé qu'il y avait le wifi et une fois sur place, connection impossible. Donc parfait là aussi . Merci !!

Appartement trés agréable, spacieux, lumineux et trés bien équipé. Très bonne isolation phonique. Très bien placé (piste à 50 m) et village à proximité. On peut tout faire à pied sans jamais prendre la voiture de la semaine. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
