Detached house 4/5 P - Heated pool - WIFI

This House in a quiet and pleasant village has a terrace near the secure swimming pool heated by heat pump. Access to the terrace and the swimming pool is via a staircase. The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners.
The cottage consists of:
 - 3 bedrooms, one of which is semi-open to the living room on the ground floor.
- a perfectly equipped kitchen
- a living room with sofa, armchairs, flat screen TV and free WIFI access.
- 3 separate toilets.
-3 bathrooms with shower and sink and toilet.
The shops are 150 meters away in Le ROUGET
The ideal starting point for visiting the Cantal Mountains: Salers, Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, the Lot Valley: Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Saint Cirq La Popie, and northern Aveyron: Conques, Laguiole and finally Collonges la Rouge un of the most beautiful villages in Corrèze. Many hiking trails nearby, horse riding possible in Saint mamet la salvetat, Golf de Haute Auvergne 10 kms to Sansac de Marmiesse, Beaches equipped for swimming and hiking around the lake of Saint Etienne Cantalès at 7 kms.
Fishing at our private pond on the farm is possible, to get there you have to go by car 7 km: free fishing, beautiful fish populations: carp, roach, perch.
Holiday vouchers are accepted for deposit and balance.
Arrivals at the cottage can be any day of the week.
Animals are not allowed, we have a very nice golden retriever.

Super séjour dans le Cantal

Séjour très agréable et très reposant. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. La maison est très spacieuse, fonctionnelle et le quartier est agréable. Les enfants ont adorés le séjour et regrettent qu'il ne dure pas plus longtemps.

La maison est spacieuse. Le jardin et la piscine sont très appréciables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour être autonome. C'est parfait pour un séjour au calme. Le petit a adoré et demande à y retourner.
