It offers five superb room of 100 sq.m on the second floor (there is a lift leading directly to the apartment) that can accommodate 8 people. It is ideally located in Avoriaz, District of the cliffs, ski-in/ski-out. It is just a few steps away from a roofed parking space and the shops.

Kouria is an apartment complex offering high quality finishing.

The apartment boasts 4 suites with double beds, one bathroom, 3 shower rooms, LED TV, and private terraces.

You will enjoy a wonderful stay with a fireplace, a 48' TV, a corner sofa, a large dining room (for 8 people), and a fully fitted open plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.)

These wonderful 5 rooms of 100 sq.m offer two additional terraces (in the living room and SAM), facing the South and with a amazing view of the Morzine valley.

The apartment complex offer many high quality fixtures and fittings such as an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, and hammam.

The apartment is also equipped with a ski locker, located on the ground floor of the building, where you will also find a shoe dryer.

Beds will be made upon arrival, and bathroom linens will be provided. Final cleaning is included.

Been twice and happily stay again. Apartment is great and in a good location. Getting the key at 5pm is the only downside as there’s a huge queue from all visitors to Avoriaz all getting their keys from the same place at the same time!

We have just returned from a week staying in this stunning apartment! Location was brilliant, Restaurant's, Ski hire, Bakers all a stone through away. The Communication from the owner was first class. We have had an absolutely amazing week, was like home from home, with the slopes on your door step! So much so we have booked up again for next year!

Fabulous spacious apartment

Our family of four adults lived this place, and we recommend this very modern spacious apartment for your holiday in Avoriaz. Well presented and good size rooms, each well equipped. Incredible views from all balconies. Very good (quiet) location in resort with easy access to ski lifts and other facilities. Only limitation was average (& sometimes poor) wifi in apartment. Nonetheless, this is an excellent apartment and we encourage others to stay. We would love to return one day.

Chut, cette adresse doit rester confidentielle si non, il sera difficile de réserver lors des prochains séjours! Si vous recherchez un appartement de standing, spacieux, confortable, bien équipé, idéalement situé, propre, avec une très belle vue, skis aux pieds, près des commerces et restaurants, à proximité du parking Falaise (accès à pied) … vous êtes à la bonne adresse! C’est la deuxième année que nous louons et avons encore passé un excellent séjour. Espérons qu’il soit disponible l’an prochain!

Un appartement comme à la maison

Tout est haut de gamme dans cet appartement en passant par l’ameublement, l’équipement, les ustensiles cuisines où rien ne manque. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison et pas dans ces appartements où tout est fait de bric et de broc uniquement destiné à la location. Il y avais même le bois pour le cheminée ( mais pas utilisée ) . Malgré les quatre chambres, idéal pour couples avec enfants, mais limite pour 8 adultes manque de rangement dans une chambre avec un tout petit placard.nous étions six adultes et pour nous ça a été parfait. La situation est exceptionnelle comme la vue du haut de la falaise. Départ et arrivée ski aux pieds. Tous les magasins ( sport, boulangerie et supermarché) à moins d’une minute de marche. Bref un super séjour et je recommande vraiment cet appartement

Très bel appartement, correspondant bien à la description, bien équipé et parfaitement préparé pour notre arrivée. Procédure de prise des clés facile et relativement rapide. Par contre, fiabilité administrative douteuse. A la remise des cles lors du depart, le document de prise de clés était perdu et aucun accusé de reception des clés n'a été remis par l'agence

Prachtig appartement vlakbij de piste en lift

Warm en knus appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Je voelt je er direct thuis. Het complex ligt in het rustige gedeelte boven het centrum. Wat ook heel fijn is is dat je vanuit het huis zo de piste op kan skiën. En de bakker en supermarkt zijn op korte loopafstand. In het huis zijn twee vleugels met twee slaapkamers en in het midden de woonkamer en grote keuken. Dit maakt het huis zeer geschikt voor twee families. De open haard in de woonkamer maakt het helemaal af.

Why they chose this property

In love with Avoriaz, we have spent our holidays here for almost 40 years!
The station is magic, without car (ideal for children) offers a large ski area (suitable for families).

What makes this property unique

Undeniably, its the altitude (for winter snow), the activities in all seasons (skiing, mountain biking, golfing, tennis, swimming in the pool, etc.), but also the fact that the station is only pedestrian (privileged means of transport, sledge).
