Our CHARME house rental is ideally located in the TOWN CENTER of Fontainebleau, an imperial labeled city.
This house will allow you to discover Fontainebleau, its CASTLE, its FOREST and its surroundings but also PARIS.
You will find all the PEACE and QUALITY of a range service for a stay dedicated to WELL-BEING and rest thanks to its PRIVATE SAUNA and its traditional wood-burning stove.
The station offers you the opportunity to visit Paris and Disneyland.

This house accommodates up to 4 PEOPLE.

It consists of a living room and kitchen of 40m2, 2 bedrooms with comfortable bedding, bathroom with Italian shower.

The HOUSEHOLD LINEN and COSMETIC PRODUCTS are at your disposal.

A CONCIERGE for long stays takes care of the maintenance of the house.

This living space offers you complete equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV.

The perfect base for a climbing trip

The host was very accommodating and provided exceptional communication for the duration of our stay. The property was full of character and charm situated in the heart of Fontainebleau. The private Sauna was absolute luxury which was perfect after a full day climbing in the forest. We hope to visit again soon.

Lovely stay in Fontainebleau

We had a lovely time in this charming little cottage. Very quiet, comfortable. Our host was very helpful and communicative as well. The town was delightful and everything within walking distance including some nice woodsy trails for hiking just outside of town. Would definitely recommend! Un grand merci, Geraldine!

Cute apartment

Lovely apartment in a historic building. Walking distance to Chateau Fontainebleau, shops, cafes, restaurants. Very responsive and attentive hostess. The area around Fontainebleau is beautiful too. We liked hiking in the nature preserves and Chateau de Courances.

We absolutely loved Fontainebleau. What a charming little city. If you’re lucky enough to find Gèraldine’s place is available, book it! It’s full of character, comfortable and central to everything in town. We had 3 quiet nights in September. Wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable, everything was sparkling clean, and Gèraldine was so helpful and communicative. Emily and Scott (Washington State, USA)

Elegance in Fontainebleau

This is an elegant property in the heart of Fontainebleau an easy walk to the château, the market and all the lovely restaurants. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with flowers and chocolates from Frederic Cassel and a binder of recommended restaurants and activities. Geraldine was responsive to messages throughout or stay and mid-way through our five-night stay she provided complimentary housekeeping service with fresh linens. Overall a great stay. I read the reviews before booking and most negative ratings came because of the property check-in window. The check-in procedure is clearly stated on the listing and if you can work with this you will be rewarded with an elevated stay.

Nice but not convenient

The house is very nice. The roofs are a little too low and the main floor downstair (open space - kitchen) is not very luminous. Price is fair, not the one for cleaning since they are doing it personally. They are asking for 250 euros more as a ''caution'' but they easily keep for themselves so you end up overpaying. We still enjoyed our 4 days stay anyway.

Very pleasant stay in Fountainebleau

The house ia an interseting stone and half-timber house in Fountainebleau that likely dates from when the chateau was built. It has been renovated to a high standard, and is very comfortable with a number of modern conveniences. It is located a short walk from the chateau in an area that is mainly houses, but that also has some small shops. Geraldine is a gracious hostess who gave us a lot of advice about Fountainebleau, places to eat, etc. We especially enjoyed the quiet.

Très belle maison décorée avec goût dans l'esprit de l'époque, en harmonie avec le château et parfaitement équipée. Propriétaire accueillante et disponible. Location idéale pour passer un moment de détente et de cocooning en amoureux mais aussi en famille. Location vivement conseillée.
