Great location; property needs work and supplies

The location of this property is amazing - it's right across from the beach with a lifeguard stand; close to stores, groceries, restaurants. Very close to a tram stop if you want to cruise up the coast. The actual unit needs....a lot. It came with nothing - no toilet paper, no soap, no trash bags. We had to pay extra for towels and linens and to have the unit cleaned unless we wanted to do it. (Not sure how we would have done that, there was a vacuum and mop but no cleaning supplies.) After renting the unit I contacted the owner and asked about linens and towels and so I did know I would need to pay extra for those, but only because I asked. There were no trash bags and after check in we went back to the property manager and asked about that and were told we had to supply our own trash bags (who brings trash bags on a vacation?) and we had to dispose of our own trash. And the dumpster was right outside but you had to pay 50 euro cents to dump the trash. The only recycling was for glass bottles, which was free. There was no toilet paper in the unit! What on earth? There was a dishwasher with no dishwasher cleaner. None of this was noted in the listing. The property managers didn't even tell us about the trash until we asked about it. The unit also needs a lot of work. It has been lived in hard. Windows broken, curtains broken, blinds in disrepair, water marks and other damage to walls. Not the worst place I've stayed but by far not the best.

Der Blick aus dem Esszimmer ist einfach grandios. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Balkon ist jedoch komplett vollgestellt mit Müll und kann nicht genutzt werden. Das Schafzimmer am Balkon (Richtung innenliegender Schacht) riecht immer etwas komisch. Soweit alles gut, wenn da nicht die Unstimmigkeiten mit der Bettwäsche/Handtüchern und der Endeinigung gewesen wäre. Der Vermieter hatte die Agentur benannt die sich unten im Haus befindet. Diese hat uns dann erklärt, dass der Vermieter die Zusammenarbeit gekündigt hat und wir keine Unterstützung bekommen. Nach einiger Diskussion haben wir dann doch die Bettwäsche mieten können. Darüber waren wir sehr dankbar. Die Endreinigung haben wir dann selber gemacht. So sollte unser Urlaub nicht enden. Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum so etwas nicht klar geregelt ist. Jeder Mieter ist bestimmt gerne bereit die Endreinigung zu zahlen, weil dadurch auch immer eine saubere Wohnung angetroffen wird. Bettwäsche und Endreinigung haben viel Nerven gekostet. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung perfekt. Ein Fön wäre auch schön.

Der Blick auf das Meer ist grandios (Fenster waren leider nicht sehr sauber), die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Straßenbahn ist schnell zu erreichen, auch der Supermarkt. Auch Ausflüge und Aktivitäten kann man zahlreich machen, Brügge ist schnell erreichbar. Es ist ein bisschen tricky, den richtigen Code für das W-Lan herauszufinden.Check-In war gut, allerdings bekommt man im Vorfeld eine Nachricht, man solle eine Agentur 10 Tage vor Start des Urlaubs anrufen, ansonsten könne die Wohnung anderweitig vergeben werden, obwohl man die Miete bezahlt hat. Diese Nummer war nicht erreichbar. Auf Nachfrage stellte sich heraus, dass man die Agentur nicht anrufen muss, wenn man Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringt (kostet extra). Auch die Endreinigung kann von einer Agentur übernommen werden gegen Aufpreis oder selber erledigt werden. Die Agentur muss selbst beauftragt werden (auch da braucht man nochmal Angaben vom Vermieter und es ist ein bisschen kompliziert. Whirlpool habe ich nicht gefunden.

Slaapkamers en woonruimte waren dik in orde, badkamer en toilet waren aan de kleine kant. Uitzicht was fantastisch.Bij aankomst was badkamer en keuken niet netjes.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial - Frühstück mit Meerblick Es gibt zwar keinen Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung, aber kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fabelhafte Aussicht

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt, der Blick und die Lage der Wohnung sind einfach fantastisch. Man erreicht vieles zu Fuß, kann aber auch tolle Touren machen. Die Wist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sehr zu empfehlen!

Würde vom Aufenthalt dort abraten

Ärgerlich! Wohnung lieblos, unordentlich, z.T. schmutzig, nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend. Ich glaube, dassso ein Angebot einem Vermittler wie FeWo schadet, möchte aber hier nicht alles genau aufzählen, weil es viel ist. Fotos habe ich gemacht, falls jemand es genauer wissen will. Grüße

Zeer goede ligging

Prachtig panoramisch zicht op zee en zeedijk. Sober maar net appartement. Ideaal voor max 4 personen (6, indien extra op de couch). Goede prijs/kwaliteit!

Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Gute Wohnung, die zwar alt ist BJ Haus ca1970 aber durchaus für einen Urlaub geeignet ist. Leider war die Reinigung vor der Anmietung nicht wirklich gründlich. Schmutzige Wäsche lag noch auf dem Boden, Bad nicht sauber und in der Spülmaschine waren noch Sachen. Auch ein alter Kaffeefilter sagte hallo. Da ist definitiv sehr viel Luft nach oben. Die Ausstattung ist aber völlig ausreichend und für einen erholsamen Urlaub geeignet. Und die Lage und Aussicht sind spitze.

Ongelooflijk uitzicht, kilometers strand en ook de grote verkeersweg. TV was ontregeld en is tijdens ons verblijf niet in orde gekomen.

Appartement tres bien situé avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Equipements complets Mise en route du chauffage un peu complexe Seul defaut, ascenceur pour aller aux appartement vraiment tres petit.
