You will enjoy this two bedroom two bathroom Winter Park condo located in the Beaver Village Condos Complex. The condo has recently remodeled kitchen, wood furnishings and a cozy couch in the living room for comfortable seating. We think you will enjoy this very family friendly home during your stay in Winter Park!

Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, Queen/Queen bunk bed in the second bedroom.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, handicap accessible with roll-in shower, DVD player, views of Winter Park Resort. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
