The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large table that will comfortably seat 6 people. In the living room, you can enjoy the large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, modern leather furnishings and access the private deck offering a lovely forest view from the second floor of the building.
In the updated master bedroom has in room bathroom with in-floor radiant heat, new tiled shower and tub enclosure with dual vanity sinks; queen bed and TV. The second bedroom has a custom log-framed captain’s bunk (queen on the bottom and twin on the top) and the main hallway bathroom also updated with new tiled shower, vanity and in-floor radiant hear.
All guests have access to free Wi-Fi access, the free town shuttle and this unit is located on the second floor of building 6 which is in the 5-9 cul-de-sac a short walk to the clubhouse. No air conditioning.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
