In general, this condo served its purpose. It's in town, great location, plenty of parking spots, kitchen well equipped, small but comfortable for 8 people (I wouldn't say 10, it is small, the dining table fits maybe 6 tight), etc.
The rec center is great!! nice pool, Jacuzzi, Pool table, clean locker rooms, big TV, fitness center, etc. and it is just next door :-)
The fireplace had a big stone wall around it very nice and worked flawlessly, which makes the common area of the apartment very appealing after a day of skiing.
Owners very responsive, communicated with them a couple of times before arrival, and they responded promptly.
Now, the not so good part and why it didn't get all the stars...
"Newly remodeled" like the title says seems like a place with nicer stuff in it which is not the case. The kitchen is OK, enough plates and glasses and cups, but from several different sets, for example wine glasses? maybe one, plus one brandy glass and then 3 or 4 smaller ones from a different set. When you go to the rooms and the bathrooms, they have old and lower quality stuff in it. The closets' doors fell out of their rails, a bench in the bunk-bends room had a missing board under the cushion, terminations in the bathroom tiles looked bad, missing towel rack in one bathroom (even though the base pieces were still attached to the wall), etc.
Some things, we had plenty (towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, fire wood, pillows, dishwasher soap), but then for more then $400/night and 8 people in the apartment (and they say 10 can sleep here), you would expect more than two VERY LITTLE bath soaps (one in each bathroom) that didn't even last for the first night :-(
Also, no wifi??
I would stay here again anyway, because of the location and the rec center.
I was debating between 3 and 4 stars, but went with 3 because of the wifi, which is super important these days.
