Amazing 3 bedroom condo overlooking the Fraser River and on the free bus line to the mountain! Roomy and spacious yet very homey. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice quiet roomy everything you need place

No complaints about this rental. Plenty of space, full kitchen, comfortable furnishings, Quiet, 2nd floor, off the main road, yet close to everything Winter Park. Recommend highly.

Great week at the slopes!

The place was as advertised and the host was very responsive and helpful. Great location walkable to the free shuttle for a ski week. Looks like it would be great year-round.

My partner and I welcome you to visit our wonderful condo in Winter Park. We both work on the front range but coming up to spend time in the mountains at our condo is our passion. As soon as we head over the pass, all our worries fall away and we can enjoy the splendor of the Rockies. We hope you have the chance to enjoy the same experience as we do! Thanks! Why they chose this property

The property is very large and family friendly. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths! It is not fancy but rather homey and quaint. Nearly everything you need will be waiting for you if you choose to cook and if not, you can walk to many restaurants in the downtown area. We are just over the Fraser River and if you crack the window a tad, you can let it lull you to sleep. We are also right on the bus line for skiing so no need to mess with taking your car to the mountain. Additionally there is a rec center with 2 hot tubs, a large indoor, heated pool, work out equipment and activities in the center for kids.

What makes this property unique

We are right downtown but off the beaten path. You will have access to all Winter Park has to offer including skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, biking, hiking and a nice drive to Grand Lake should you choose.
