Bright, comfortable, two bedroom 1200 square foot condo overlooking popular Hideaway Park in downtown Winter Park's Trailhead Lodges . Enjoy morning coffee from the third floor overlooking the park or a summer concert at the Rendezvous amphitheater with no ticket necessary! Please note 3 night minimum for Blues on the Top and Jazz festival. Relax after a day of hiking or skiing in the jacuzzi while the kids play in the pool. This condo is within walking distance of all downtown restaurants and shops and shuttle stops to nearby Winter Park resort. Enjoy access to hiking and biking without having to get in your car. In addition, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill and fireplace, wifi, cable tv with Roku access and private washer and dryer. Please note we may ask for a copy of identification via vrbo website prior to sending condo details.

Great Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Winter Park. The location is great and we were so close to the park. We enjoyed our balcony view of the park and the city of Winter Park. The shuttle bus is close by and provides an easy way to get around the area.

Great condo - 'on the park'

The park just below the 3rd floor unit hosted a music festival that gave us front row seats - it was fantastic - location was also walkable to much of what we wanted out of Winter Part - would do this again next time

Skiing in June

Stayed at this amazing property in June and was still able to go skiing at Arapaho Basin. This condo had everything we needed and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Super clean and VERY comfortable!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great for a short ski trip!

This condo is convenient and cozy. All was as advertised. One suggestion during ski season - get to the hot tub early after the slopes close. It fills up quickly.

Summer Week in Downtown Winter Park

Great location!! We hiked on numerous trails from downtown Winter Park, the 3 and 6 year old spent everyday at the park at the Rendezvous Center and on the grass kicking ball with other kids. It was so easy to walk across the street to the park area and then walk a block for ice cream or a good meal (pizza, Italian food and Mexican food). Also enjoyed two summer concerts from the balcony of the condo. The location exceeded our expectations.

Perfect Getaway for my wife and I.

We don’t ski, so lucky to find this beautiful condo near the main downtown area to have for a home base. Owner communication was great, easy to follow instructions . Condo was perfect for us as not many condo’s in area offer a King bed. So nice to be able to walk to all the great restaurants we found. Also nice is the amphitheater area you can see from the deck, in the winter it’s a small hill for kids to sled and tube, in the summer it looks like it would be an AWSOME public space for music etc.... we enjoyed are stay and hope to be back soon.

Spacious, perfect location, attentive owner

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 for a ski vacation. The condo has a nice open concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of seating. Larger families would feel comfortable in this space as well. An added perk is the heated floors throughout the condo! Other bonuses include washer/dryer and outdoor heated pool and hot tub just across the parking lot. The free shuttle to get to the ski village is just a short walk. The patio faces the city park which is a sledding hill in the winter. Alicia immediately addressed a minor housekeeping issue and went above expectations to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for opening up your condo to us Alicia!

Great condo in an amazing location

We were exceedingly pleased with our stay. The location was so great - on one evening during our stay, there was a concert in the park which gave us a perfect bird's eye view of the concert while hanging out on the patio with a bottle of wine. I actually preferred to be in town rather than the base village because all the local restaurants, stores, bakeries, etc were easily walkable. The condo itself was really comfortable and outfitted better than most rentals I've stayed in. All the little details were thoughtfully provided. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The only neutral comment is that the elevator was out of service while we were there which wasn't a big deal because we weren't hauling lots of stuff up and down. We also understand that it's a property management issue and not the fault or responsibility of the condo owner.
