Please be aware that the amenity decks with access to grills and hot tubs will be closed for renovation from May 27th, 2024 - November 1st, 2024. Project work hours vary from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. It will be noisy and dusty during demolition at the beginning. We are on the top floor!

We would like to welcome you to stay in our luxury condo located in the Base Village at Winter Park Resort. The brand new flooring is modern and luxurious! Our condo is just a 2-minute walk to the new 10-person Gondola, Chairlifts, Ski School, and resort Village. At the Base Village where you can find a variety of shops, dining, and an ice skating pond. Our 6th floor unit has gorgeous views of the village and mountain while also overlooking the Amenities Deck. Steps away from the elevator - but no elevator noise! And it's high up away from the Amenities Deck noise!

KITCHEN
This is a kitchenette that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The bedroom features a KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub and stand-up shower. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.

LIVING ROOM
The entertainment center comes equipped with a 32-inch LCD flat-panel TV, and XBOX ONE.

LOCATION & AMENITIES
Fraser Crossing is conveniently located in the Winter Park Base Village. The building has an amenities deck on the third floor that includes a large outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue grill. The lobby provides access to building elevators, heated underground parking garage, and private ski lockers. For security, key codes are required for entry to the building and garage.

Please be aware that the amenity decks with access to grills and hot tubs will be closed for renovation from April 29th, 2024 - November 1st, 2024. Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.

The Winter Park Resort provides free bus transportation to town.

Fraser Crossing HOT TUB is not available at this time. It's an ongoing maintenance.
You can use the hot tub at Founders' Point; however, please be aware that its availability is not guaranteed.

Great Location for Winter Park Adventure

We loved the space and location of this condo. It comes as advertised. It is a short walk to the gondola and shops in the base area. Unit was very clean. Inside parking with short walk to elevators and ski lockers made moving in and out easy. Bedroom and bath are roomy and well set up. Kitchen is compact but functional. Refrigerator is small but fine for a few days of supplies. Gas fire place in living room makes things cozy. Sofa bed is fine for kids but worn springs would make it challenging for two full size adults. Overall, we really liked the unit and would definitely come back again. The owner was extremely kind and pleasant to deal with.

Great place and close distance to ski lifts

An excellent place to stay and right in Winterpark ski resort. Apartment was fully stocked with utensils and view from balcony was magnificent.

Winter Park Ski Condo

This property is perfect for 2-4 people who plan to ski at Winter Park. Well situated in the ski resort with a 4-minute walk to the Gondola lift, 3 minutes to the local shops and has great top floor views from the deck. Excellent internet service, inexpensive and close underground parking, well-furnished and included secure ground floor gear lockers. Owner was responsive to questions and with the checkin/out materials.

My husband is a big fan of skiing. He started our kids since they were 5 years old. My son now loves skiing, and we find ourselves coming back to Winter Park a couple times each winter. Winter Park is only a short drive from Denver airport. The mountain is easy enough for the beginners and challenging enough for the experts. Besides the great snow and skiing, what we like most about Winter Park is the friendly people!
