Great location for skiing. A very short walk to Winter Park base and Zephyr lift. The unit is modern and comfortable. The building has a great hot tub. Booking this unit on VRBO and communicating with the owner was easy and a much better value than trying to book a similar unit through resort booking.

Great location and perfect for me and my kids to stay during their downhill camp. Simple room with a bed and pull out couch. The parking garage and door codes are confusing and don't always work.

Took my two kids and have stayed at founders pointe before. Clean, nice mattress, not over accessorized (a pet peeve of mine when you are trying to find places to store things). Actually felt like more space than the one bedrooms because the space was more open and the bedrooms are usually so small. Highly recommend

Our family welcomes you to our weekend get-away. Winter Park is a great place to relax and enjoy Rocky Mountain hospitality. Best bump skiing in North America (Skiing magazine said it!). Make sure to check out Trestle Bike park and summer activities after ski season.

What makes this property unique

There is something so relaxing about parking the car in the Founders Pointe garage at the start of the holiday, and not getting behind the wheel until departure. Somehow not using a car makes the vacation seem longer to me; I hope you will have a similar experience. In the morning it is a 3 minute walk to the Zephyr lift from the condo lobby. After returning from a satisfying day of skiing and soaking in the outdoor hot tub--same floor as your condo (kids love its island)-- you will find numerous restaurants, massage/spa, and gear stores equally close and inviting.

Travel from DIA to Winter Park: 1. car rental 2. Home James shuttle. 3. Amtrak train amtrak.com/WinterParkExpress

From the condo, local shuttle bus is available.. to arrange local transportation.
