Cozy large studio condo.

First level unit on the bank of the Fraser River. Fly fishing access and mountain bike trails close in close proximity to the condo. Walking distance to the stores and restaurants. On the resort shuttle bus route. 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Wifi, full kitchen and access to all of the club house amenities. Accommodates 4 if they are friendly with the two queen bed options. Accommodates 2 if they are not so friendly. And it sleeps one if that person is just intolerable. Please note, some facilities may not be accessible due to Covid. All of the condo associations are under the same restrictions. Town of Winter Park Registration Number 005846

Perfect for WPR Ski Trip

Great place for my ski trip with my two sons. Had everything we needed for our stay. Quick drive to Winter Park Resort. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs after each day of skiing.

Ski Trip

Had a great time at Winter Park and in this unit. Thomas was great to work with and he even gave us a call when we arrived making sure we had everything we needed. Bus system was a plus and walks to downtown were fun too. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Only one block from bus stop to ski area, and within two to four blocks are multiple restaurants and bars. Some furniture outdated, but comfy bed and couch, and the place was very clean. Walk out thru the slider to a patio, and the river/creek is within 50 feet. Would stay here again for sure.

Cute little condo

Loved it was 10 mins from Fraser and from the ski resort. Everything was easy to get to and it was so pretty. Only complaint is the bed wasn’t soft lol.

Good for our need

Nothing fancy and some of the furnishings are a little dated. But it was fine for two skiers with the Lift Shuttle to Winter Park ski lifts nearby.

The property is in a great location—being right next to the river was definitely a highlight—and it was fairly clean overall. The host was responsive and communicated promptly, which we appreciated.However, there was an issue with the pool key being switched with an incorrect key before we arrived , and as a result, we couldn’t access the pool house or laundry facilities during our stay. The host asked us to try locating a backup key, but when that didn’t work out, there wasn’t much effort made to resolve the issue further. It was disappointing, especially since those amenities were part of why we chose this rental.With more follow-through on resolving problems, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

Excellent stay!

This property is wonderful! It was the perfect cozy get away for our family. The fireplace was wonderful in the cold evenings. Having access to a large indoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs was a wonderful bonus as well. The owner was incredibly responsive about our check in time. The pictures and explanation on VRBO accurately reflect the property! We will be back!

Christmas in Winter Park

Thomas was very responsive and the Winter Park condo was the perfect place to spend the holidays with my partner and our dog Loki. Short drive or take the shuttle to resort for skiing/tubing.

This was a lovely spot where we were able to walk around and relax after a hard day of skiing! It had a full kitchen and Thomas encouraged us to feel at home. He had everything we needed in the flat. Given the opportunity I would absolutely go back! Also, loved the hot tub!!!!

Awesome condo!

This place was awesome! It has a shuttle that takes you to the mountain and it's only about a 10 minute ride, but if you are just looking for some food or drinks its walking distance to a lot of great food options and an awesome bar Ullrs! It does really only have space for *max* 4 adults if they're friendly. For a short ski trip this is the place to stay at.

Worth every Penny.

This was the perfect property for anyone wanting to ski and have all the basic necessities. This is not an updated property but a very practical one. Pocket your lodging savings for activities and restaurants!

Perfect for the Intolerable

Perfect, affordable place to ride the slopes of Winterwahoo park. Easily could handle 3-4 guests. Kitchen has more than adequate cooking ware to serve up breakfasts and dinners if desired. Dave was easily contacted when needed. Pool house/ rec center was impressively large. Never had to use the car as the condo was a minute walk to Winter Park's free bus service. Will definitely be back.

Ideal for ski vacation

Thomas' studio was absolutely perfect: perfectly located less than 10 minutes away from Winter Park resort and minutes away from downtown, restaurants, stores, shops, everything; perfectly situated in the community so that from a window you only see trees, a creek and snow; perfectly appointed and having everything two ski-hungry travelers on a spring break needed: comfortable bed, a sleeper, lots of pillows and blankets; wood fireplace for cozy evenings; full kitchen for having meals when we wanted them at home; ski closet and a tray for wet boots; and just about everything that makes you feel at home (very nice home). Additionally, the fact that the unit is on the ground floor made our lives much easier that week. We really enjoyed staying at Thomas' place, will come back any time!

I am a working stiff that needs to be close to Denver during the week. I like to mountain bike and ride off road dirt bikes. This property solves all of my logistics issues. Winter Park is the place to be.

Why they chose this property

Close to everything. Mountain bike trails are very close and fly fishing is even closer. 20 steps and you are in the Fraser river, roll casting for trout. This unit isn't a fancy property, but it is clean. Come and enjoy the whir of the humming birds in the summer and the crisp fluffy powder in the winter.
