A small island offers a convenient area for two individuals to savor a quick meal. The main dining area is furnished with a large table that seats six. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom that has been renovated to feature granite countertops, dual vanities, a tiled shower enclosure, and slate tiled flooring. Furthermore, the living room provides a queen sofa sleeper, offering an additional sleeping arrangement.
Located on the first floor of the building, this unit allows for easy access for both entry and exit. The building is situated in the upper cul de sac among buildings 15 – 20 and is within a short walking distance to the clubhouse. The complimentary town shuttle stops directly in front of the building.
