The unit itself is good. Clean and nice. I am curious why no other quests have mentioned THE TRAIN!!!!!!!The forest edge is less than 50 yards from the unit and a set of train tracks run right through that area. The train runs day and night. So loud we could not hear the TV and so loud that it woke us up at 1:00am one morning and 5:00am another morning. Also, early morning barking dogs on the property. Not a peaceful place.

Thank you for the feedback and for letting us know you found the unit clean and nice. The property does sit near the train tracks that run through the area, and while that's part of the local character, we understand it can be disruptive, especially at night, and we appreciate you sharing your experience since this hasn't been a common comment from past guests. As for the dogs, only owner pets are allowed on the property and there are generally very few in the complex at any given time. We're glad the rest of the stay met expectations and will keep this feedback in mind for future guests.

This condo had everything you needed for a great stay. Close to Winter Park, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony with hummingbirds greeting you each day, roomy, good internet, many tv channels, and comfortable. Only thing is, it is a bit dark even with lights on in evening but bright enough at counter if you need the light.

Very Nice

The home was lovey. Pro’s: comfortable nice area close to downtown Winter Park, partially quiet, loves all the trees..Con’s: No iron (bummer) humidifier in master did not work. Refrigerator water leaked some in the bottom bins. Overall I would recommend .. did not need to communicate with properties

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to everything we could have needed. The unit was spacious and worked well for our family of 4, which included a 10 year old and 3 year old. It was also equipped with all the basics we needed for the stay. The kids loved the pool and the laundry facility was a plus. The employees at the Clubhouse were super friendly and helpful. The property manager was quick to respond and check-in was very simple. We'd definitely stay again!
