About this property

Our newly remodeled Winter Park condo sits on the Fraser River, 1 block from Main Street with easy access to the free Ski bus line.

2 bedroom, 1and 1/4 bath condo with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bunk bed. This unit sleeps 5 and has a full kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor grill.

This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit. There will be a $200 per night fine if guests bring pets for their stay or smoke in the unit.

Our ground floor condo has easy access to the fully equipped Rec center that includes an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room, laundry facilities, pool table, locker rooms and kids indoor play area.

Condo is walking distance to Fraser Trail, Rendezvous Trailhead, Headwaters event center, fishing river/pond, movie theater/ bowling alley, grocery store, restaurants, distillery, and brewery.

INCREDIBLE LOCATION ON THE FRASER RIVER....park your car and shuttle to the base of Winter Park Ski Resort or any location downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping.

Winter Park/Cottondale CO

Everything was just as described in the web site ad. Very clean. The towels and washcloths were great quality (I even wrote down the brand name to purchase some). I had a question while we tee staying and the host was quick to reply to my email with an answer. Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home away from home

Loved staying on the property and described perfectly. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great in being able to prepare our own meals. We had to cut our stay earlier but next time will definitely enjoy the hot tub and amenities on the property. The extra sink in the primary room was helpful in getting ready since there is only one bathroom in the condo.

Great location for a trip to Winter Park

Enjoyed our stay and with the bus stop right outside the location it couldn’t be easier to get the Winter Park. There is also a fitness center in the rec center where the pool/hot tubs are which was a nice bonus. Would recommend staying here!

nice condo near downtown Winter Park

My wife and I and brother stayed here for 3 nights while skiing at Winter Park in March 2024. The Fraser River is right out the front door. Although the kitchen/living area is a bit small it was just right for the three of us. The kitchen is compact, but well equipped. The condo has been very thoughtfully remodeled. Everything feels nearly new. There are conveniently placed wall hooks for coats, towels, clothes, and anything else you might want to hang up. The brand-new community center (just for the condo complex) is a short 1 block walk away, with one outdoor and two indoor hot tubs, plus a nice pool, pool table, laundry, and family room. The location is great, just a five-minute walk to main street, or a three-minute drive to most main street shops and restaurants. The Winter Park shuttle stops right across the street from the condo. Hosts Kevin and Patti made check-in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.
