This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park with a walk out patio to the village.

First floor 1 BR with brand new king size memory foam mattress and new linens, a full kitchen & bath (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), new pull-out sleep sofa with memory foam mattress, fully furnished and ready for use.

Amenities include walk-out patio, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during winter), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, free wifi, easy access to laundry (literally across the hall) and access to slopes and trails. There is no Air Conditioner in my unit, in the building or in the entire Fraser Valley for the most part.

If you are someone who values being first in lift line in the morning or hitting the last run in the day, you cannot beat this location!!

We loved everything about the stay. Condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. August is also an extremely slow month in Winter Park so it was so easy to get food etc. We will def be back!

Great place to stay for our first trip to winter park. The room, ski lockers and proximity to the gondola were very nice. The room had everything we needed in a rental and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Quite comfort

This is a well maintained older property and is just as listed. We especially enjoyed being on the walk-out level. It's a very large complex, but perfectly quite in this fall season. We found it to be the perfect size for the two of us. Would stay here again to visit RMNP.

Jazz Festival

The condo was great. Loved the location. Right near restaurants and the village. Very close to downtown Winter Park to attend events. The owner was excellent to work with. He made sure we had everything and promptly returned emails/calls for any questions we had. Our stay there was great. Looking forward to being back for next years Jazz Festival.

Great location and host

Tracy checked in to make sure we had no problems accessing the unit which was very nice and replied quickly to a message. Unit was very clean and appreciated that she left sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and masks in case you need them. Also she has big towels to use when hot tubbing which was really great. The ski lockers and ability ski in and out was fantastic. Would def stay again.

Convenient and clean

Staying at the Zephyr is always nice. The property is probably the most convenient when staying at the base. Parking is easy and heated, and the condo complex is truly ski-in ski-out. This condo was clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. This condo is on the first floor and very convenient to the stairs to the parking garage. Nice to not have to get in the elevator during COVID times.

Nice Condo

Nice condo and very comfortable. Great for two or 2 plus kids. Slopeside refers to location of building, not condo. To get to the slope you go out your (inside door), down a long hallway, up a flight of stairs to the ski locker. Then out the door, put on skis and ski down to gondola, which is very close. Skiing back in involves some poling on the corridor trail.

Great place for a ski vacation.

Great place for a ski vacation. In the mornings you can gear up in the locker room (where you store your skis) and then walk 30 paces and ski down to the Gondola, it is super convenient. Coming back is a little more work as you have to either walk through a portion of the village or take a short uphill walk under the Gondola (unless you are coming from the Mary Jane base or down the expert runs directly under the Gondola which allows you to essentially ski in). Not huge (all the 1BR condos in Zephyr Mtn Lodge are small), but well appointed for an extended stay. The wifi is a little unreliable but that is a Zephyr Mtn Lodge issue. Would definitely rent again.

I love the mountians and one of my favorite places to be is Winter Park. My goal is to provide an updated, clean, well stocked and kept place for you and your family to enjoy the great outdoors.

Why they chose this property

Since I purchased the condo in 2016 I have replaced TV's, Stove, Carpet, Countertops, Couch, Mattress with memory foam, End Table, Coffee Table, Sofa Table, Refrigerator, Pots/Pans and many other items. I added a twin convertible chair. I have a great location with a patio that walks straight out to the village, parking 1 flight of stairs or elevator ride from the garage and a walk down the hall and out to the slopes.
