Your next ski in/ski out vacation can be in this one bedroom (3rd floor) Zephyr Mountain Slopeside building Condo, with comfy KING size bed, LazyBoy memory foam QUEEN pull out couch & a Camping Mat w/Sleeping Bag with granite & stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Enjoy the expansive views of the Continental divide mountains & the village from the private balcony. Overlooking the village you will enjoy that it is on the quiet side of the complex away from the early morning groomers/machinery & not near the hot tubs that can get noisy late at night, the condo is not near the elevators (noisy). This unit has a small outdoor GAS GRILL, 2 sets of adult SNOWSHOES, X-box & xbox games, movies, cooler, books, toys, games. Private locked ski storage included with this condo.

Walk to restaurants, shops, tubing hill, massage, liquor store, Starbucks & more.

Winter Park Resort has 2762 acres of ski able terrain, 134 trails and 30 feet of snowfall annually. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is the only Ski-In-Ski-Out property at Winter Park. Winter activities include skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating, dog sled rides and more.

Although it offers some of the best champagne powder and world class skiing it is more than a winter destination. Winter Park offers the ultimate Colorado vacation experience 365 days a year. Summer activities include mountain biking in Mountain Bike Capital USA, hiking, Colorado's longest alpine slide, white water rafting, fishing, scenic chairlift rides and music and art festivals.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the keys to condo 4 keys for 1322 ($50 each if lost) on the post above the bench by the door. **Did you put the key back in the lockbox by the lobby in the next building?
Please strip bed but leave the mattress pad, blanket & comforter on the bed (you do not have to but it makes my cleaners day easier) Please strip linens from the pull-out couch leave on mattress pad.
Ask everyone in your group to double check did you leave a cell phone charger? Other chargers? Favorite toy/book? Did you check the dresser drawers/closets for clothes?
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana in/around the condo!! Smoking of anything inside or bringing a pet and you will lose your damage deposit.
The Zephyr Mountain Lodge does not allow smoking of marijuana in/around condos or on decks.

My son and I had a great stay at the Zephyr Lodge. The property was well located, well run and very clean. Maureen did a wonderful job of communicating with us throughout. We hope to visit again.

Perfect little spot!

The location within Zephyr lodge slopeside was idea. Close to the slopes and all the village access. Easy enough to stop back for lunch midday. The pull out couch with memory foam mattress was more comfortable than you could imagine. Overall, great stay and great property. Would do it again.

We’ve stayed at zephyr mountain lodge multiple times. Hands down this was the nicest of the one bedrooms. Really wonderful stay.

Ideal Ski Trip Stay

Very clean with the perfect amenities, from a smart TV to a comfortable king size bed. Great location close to the stairs on the slopeside for easy access to the resort, ski lockers and parking garage. Cozy fireplace and spacious bathroom.Check in process was as frictionless as possible, parking was straight forward and incredibly convenient.

Great stay!

This condo is really well located. Ski right over to the gondola and restaraunts are just outside the front door. My son loved the xbox for winding down in the evening. The beds were very comfy with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. And the owner was very accomodating and helpful. Id definitely stay again!

Cozy & convenient

We loved our stay! Maureen was clear in all her communication, which helped us be fully self-sufficient and focus on a relaxing stay. As many have noted, the location can’t be beat.
