This property was perfect for a weekend ski trip! We loved the place, parking was amazing, and the shuttle was very convenient. Everything about our stay was easy and stress-free.
The condo was great for us. The location worked well with the shuttle stop directly outside the building. The property was clean and as advertised. Not a luxury property but well suited for a family ski trip.
Nice place good for a couple of ski buddies. Had everything we needed. We enjoy the pool and hot tubs at rec center. This is an older condo building and the steps could be too steep for some people.
Everything was clean and well kept, and it was nice and close to the Trestle Bike park.
The only thing that would make it better is a pull out couch, so we could have more comfortably fit 4 people.
This was a quick trip to get in several days on the mountain in this year’s perfect snow! The condo was perfect for a couple of friends just interested in hitting the slopes and enjoying some time together. Thank you for the perfect spot at a reasonable $$.

The property was very well stocked. You could live here for a week or more and have all the things you needed for your stay, e.g., cooking meals. Other guests have left behind games that would be fun to play with others. It was next to the rec center and laundry as well as a shuttle pick up spot.

Get what you pay for
Overall property was clean and livable. My biggest issue was there was no access card to pool/spa and no information that it was available to me. Management was not helpful and basically their response was, oooops. Maybe in a few days we’ll get one to you, but I was only there 3 nights. To me, when you’re skiing, a hot tub is an amenity you definitely need. Just more info on arrival would have been appreciated.

Great Communication, Property is very dated and in disrepair.
This property is extremely dated. We had an electrical outlet sparking and smoking and reported it to management. They were having a lot of difficulty finding someone to make a repair but tried. It was a safety issue, and they assisted us in relocating to a different unit after a few calls. Blake at Stay Winter Park was a rock star and really handled things. Katie was also helpful.
Furniture is very old, chair legs were wobbling. The couch was very uncomfortable and the fabric looked dirty and aged. The unit itself is very outdated. The fridge is old and when running was noisy.
There is a gutter that has detached and is swinging against the outside wall of the bedroom from a heater cord making a banging noise which made it very difficult for us to sleep. Management was notified and sounded like they were trying to address it but maintenance staff were unavailable.
It was obvious the management team had cleaned very thoroughly, always answered the phones, and worked with us to relocate to a unit that was safe and well maintained.
Again, Blake at Stay Winter Park was 5/5 and saved this entire trip. They are the only reason we are providing a largely positive review. The property itself is a 1/5.
