Cozy ground floor 1 bedroom has been remodeled and provides a great spot to relax. The private patio has a view of the Winter Park Resort and short walk to the main clubhouse. Living room you will enjoy the comfy sofa, flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, dining area will seat 4 and 2 spots at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new countertops, appliances, cabinets and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bedroom has Queen bed and there is one full bathroom in the hallway.
