Tucked away near the Fraser river, this second floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect place to make a fire and relax after a long day of skiing. Located in downtown Winter Park, it is a convenient walk to downtown to grab a bite to eat, or get some takeout from the surrounding bars and restaurants. With enough room to accommodate up to four guests, this condo can be inviting to an adventurous family of four or a quaint retreat for a couple of two with the free ski shuttle stopping just feet away from the doorstep. While enjoying the serene peacefulness of the Fraser river right outside your door, you can sip coffee on the deck or enjoy a healthy breakfast cooked from the full kitchen at the breakfast bar. Put your feet up and relax while watching your favorite show or sneak away to the bedroom for some solitude and space.

When your legs are tired from ripping bumps on the Mary Jane side, the brand new Hi Country Haus Recreation Center is just steps away. Soak your muscles in the indoor heated swimming pool or slip into one of the two indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Dry off and enjoy a quick round of pool while the kids play in the playroom just steps away from you, or get a workout in enjoying the fitness room. End your evening with a show on the large flat screen TV or hop on the computer and use the printer to get ready for the fun day ahead. If your hungry the picnic and grill area is right outside the clubhouse and can be used for some family fun, weather permitting. Stress Free Sanctuary

The owners are great! We have stayed in this condo many times & appreciate the mountain view, closeness to the river and especially the access to bike trails. Rec center is a huge bonus, hot tub & pool are super clean & well maintained.

We loves staying at this location. The shuttle picked us up tight outside of the building to take us to the Winter Park resort to ski. We were very pleased with this cute little find :)

Basic place in great location

This is a fairly basic small ski condo in a fantastic location right on the Fraser River. It can be pretty warm in the summer and keeping the place at a comfortable sleeping temperature was a bit of a challenge. The shared rec facilities for the whole condo complex are very nice. Not specific to this property, but boy are there a lot of noisy trains going through Winter Park!

A great 1BR condo in the town of Winter Park, Colorado

Everything worked perfectly well as I was in town for four days of skiing, and needed a condo for my last two nights. Jessica was great to communicate with, the location was terrific for me, and everything was exactly as indicated on her listing. I gladly recommend this for anyone else.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The property is a very short bus ride (Blue line-day, black line, night). It's on the second floor and the stairs are very steep. I don't recall seeing that in the description, but it's something to be aware of if you don't do stairs well and/or you have bulky luggage. Cozy and convenient.

Awesome stay, but…

The stay was wonderful. And the amenities were awesome, but the renovation could use an update. The floors are wood, but the upkeep of them hasn’t been done is some time. As a result, my wife got a splinter that cut her foot open, and one of my friends staying with us cut their foot on one of the wood nails that had come undone. Other than those things, it was as promised. 4/5 stars.

We loved the location of the condo and it was very clean with a cool retro bathroom. Could use some updating in the kitchen and the bed was not comfortable for us it sagged to the middle and as a result had to leave early

On the river

It was a great location for fishing the Fraser river. To bad it was windy and even snowed over memorial day weekend. Great place for the price, close to shops, tubing hill and skiing diring the season.

Simple and Clean

The condo itself is simple, but clean and comfortable. The bed especially was very comfortable. The recreation center was well-kept and I had no issues getting in. The check in process was easy and everything was where it was supposed to be. The property was in walking distance of several restaurants and trails. I had a great stay with zero issues and would definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful weekend getaway

A wonderful weekend getaway condo. Perfect for two. Great location facing the Fraser River and easy walk or drive to downtown Winter Park. We enjoyed the easy access to the trails and rec center. Winter Park Experience

For our Wedding Anniversary, we were wanting a peaceful getaway in a mountain setting with a stream nearby and we found it. Although we were in town, it felt secluded right on the Fraser River. The weather was beautiful.
