The kitchen is visually appealing and well-illuminated, showcasing modern cabinetry, pendant lighting, new countertops, and stainless steel appliances, all fully equipped for meal preparation. The adjacent dining area can seat up to four people, with additional bench seating and spots at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom suite includes a King-sized bed and a complete bathroom fitted with new dual vanity sinks and a shower/tub combination. Furthermore, the living area is equipped with a sofa sleeper that can accommodate two additional guests if needed. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
To enhance your experience during your stay, we provide a range of special amenities, including ROKU devices for the televisions in both the living room and master bedroom, a yoga mat, a foam roller, dumbbells, sleds, snowshoes, an iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and a pack n play crib (please bring your own sheets). Additionally, we offer children’s dinnerware. The Wi-Fi speed is 400 Mbps.

In the summer, this rental is conveniently located for a quick stroll to downtown Winter Park and main street, where the majority of festivals and events are held. The main clubhouse is just a brief walk from the condo.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
