Great location

Place was so clean and cozy! Easy to get to and inside! We drive to winter park one day and copper mountain the other and this was right in the middle of two breweries and a few places to eat in the neighborhood. A little over an hour to airport too. Bonus coffee and creamer in the fridge!!

Ideal location, in respect to I-70 and still quiet. Within walking distance of the lake and hiking trails. Tons of things to do and quaint little places to eat. I loved it and would repeat rent this condo.

Every thing was wounderful !!

Home away from home only in the mountains .Very Clean comfortable the owners were very very accomadating . We fished and caught our limit and cooked it and we were in heaven. Everything was relaxing and comfortable..

From getting our 50 days a season on the slopes, hiking and mountain biking in the summer and just enjoying the crisp mountain air. We fell in love with the small town feel of Georgetown.

Why they chose this property

Being so close to everything we enjoy, this property fit us well.
The ability to step out the door and take a walk by the lake was just a wonderful bonus.
