Great Condo

We loved this place! My mom and I just wanted somewhere to stay while we explored Granby and Grand Lake and this was PERFECT. It was decorated so nicely and had an amazing view!

A true home away from home

Property and manager were great! There was a very recent ownership change, so I think the online listing needed to be altered a bit, but I’d imagine that’s been done already. Would rent again!

Five of us stayed in the property and it was perfect for our purposes of skiing and relaxing. We used the kitchen quite a bit, and it seemed well stocked for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the place was cozy and warm. Would love to go back and stay again!

The condo is very well appointed and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It also has a great view of the mountains. Clear instructions were sent on the location and how to access the condo. The interior was a pictured and well maintained.

Overall good stay. It is a lower unit and during our stay the people above were not quiet people and sound insulation doesn't seem to be great, but otherwise all was well.

Great place for Granby Ranch guests

This house was perfect! Well renovated, clean, well stocked and warm! The fireplace heats it up so well. The location is so convenient. We could walk to the lift, or drive to the lodge in under 2 minutes. And there are stores nearby for groceries and coffee!! We would come back in a heartbeat!

We are a outdoor loving family. We met hiking a 14er and then eloped said mountain years later. It was our dream to own a mtn condo to raise our toddler skiing the Colorado mountains just like kimmy did as a kid growing up here.

Why they chose this property

We use our property quite a bit, so it's family ready from kitchen items, pack n play, games, books and movies. We are a recently renovated modern mountain resort vacation rental.

What makes this property unique

We are at the mountainside condos at Granby Ranch ski resort. You can walk 100 yards to Kicking horse lift: Once up, you can ski/ride down to the main lodge. You can also walk out to the mountain(from west side of parking lot) and ski down to the QuickDraw Express lift.
