Enjoy this spacious, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, Deluxe, BEACHFRONT, Corner unit on the TOP FLOOR of this family oriented complex on West Beach. There is so much room in this condominium that everyone can spread out and be comfortable when hanging out!

The view from the balcony of this building is not blocked either way by any other building. Come down and see why they call it the EMERALD COAST.

This condominium has a HUGE living space. The living area has a 46" flat screen TV, brand new sofa sleeper and love seat and a glider rocker. Full sized dining table for six people, along with two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The entire condo has just been renovated. New floors and paint are throughout the entire unit. The kitchen also has brand new cabinets.

Perfect location and beach views

The listing was spot on. Amazing views of the ocean where we spotted dolphins and enjoyed lunch overlooking the ocean. The condo was clean and had all we needed. It was equipped with a couple laundry soap packets, dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher tablets. Also, we enjoyed the beach chairs and sand toys. The location was perfect and the heated pool was much appreciated!

Great location! Fun memories were made on our 3rd annual “Queenager Trip”! The condo is right on the beach, views from front and back balconies…Pool & hot tub on property…The place is so cute! Communication was great!

Beach vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, exactly as described. Elevator was super fast even with the unit being on the top 9th floor. The property owner was available if anything was needed but all went really well! It’s seriously just steps onto the beach. Plan to return in the future.

Birthday beach week

The condo location and layout are wonderful. The owner was responsive and helpful! We enjoyed our time immensely. Cannot beat the views. I accidentally left my ring on the counter and the owner and cleaner who found it made sure to return it to me! Thanks again for a wonderful week, we sure did enjoy it!

Love this place

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was even better than the first. They did some remodeling and its absolutely beautiful. I love the 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, for the 3rd person can at least have their own bathroom, without spending more for a 3 bedroom condo. Its perfect for what we need! They texted me the next day to see how everything was going too. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome accommodations

This property was just perfect. The view of the beach and Gulf was amazing. We watched both sunrises and moon rises from the Gulf side deck and beautiful sunsets from the lagoon side deck. Access to the beach was easy. The host even had beach chairs, toys and an umbrella for use. The condo had all that we needed for a week’s stay and was so comfortable. The location is away from touristy noise but is a short ride or walk to all of that if it’s what you want. This is a 5 star rental!!

Great Back to School End of Summer Vacation

First impression was awesome for this unit. Everything was up to date and accommodating. The 3rd full bathroom was a big plus that came in handy for our family of four. Location was perfect, right in the beach and elevator was always Ava could be from top floor to beach chairs in less then 5 minutes. We loved our stay here.

Great place! Very close to beach!

This unit was very clean and good size! We had a group of 6: my parents, me and my husband, and our two kids (ages 5 and 1). The unit was perfect size for us. We had a Pack N Play in the master bedroom with us for our 1yo, the 2nd bedroom for my parents and instead of the couch bed we built a little sheet fort for my 5yo to sleep on her sleeping bag behind the love seat in the living room so she had her own space. It’s was great! The biggest pro of this building was its proximity to the beach. I’ve stayed in so many beach front condos that it felt like the trek from the unit, to the elevator, to the ground floor, through the pool, down the walkway, to the beach felt like a major trek. This was not so. The elevators were so quick and the distance from the lobby to the beach was easily half of other places I’ve stayed. Which is a major upside when lugging small children and all their gear in the heat! The only thing we thought could use improvement was the beds, they were a touch firm. Nothing you can’t live with but firmer than I think most people would love. But everyone has different tastes and for a week it wasn’t too bad. The pool at this building was nice and clean! And the security lady at the building was so friendly and helpful. Overall a very friendly and nice environment.
